yeah....but everyone was so busy looking at the mayor and the cops looking at the buildings....remember, it was all part of the plan
The way I looked at it was, other than the fact that he wore make-up I don't think anyone really got close look at Joker to tell that he had scars.

So no one could tell that was him without the make-up.

When Grumpy says to The Joker, "He's out, right?" and Joker nods his head, "yes," listen carefully as the shotgun goes off.

Just as Grumpy gets shot, you can hear him as he's going down saying, "What the f***?!"

That little head turn and look that The Joker gives to the old guy at the party after he says "We're not intimidated by thugs."

The way The Joker mouths "Six?" when the guy tells him how many of his friends he killed.

I didn't just relise this, it's been on my mind for a little while, but I don't think I've posted about it. During the bank heist, Grumpy goes kills the Goon opening the vault. When Grumpy brings all the duffles into the lobby, he pulls the slide back on his Glock and aims it at the Joker. Why would he need to pull the slide back? Logicaly speaking it should already be ready to fire because he had just shot the other goon.

*movie magic*. :oldrazz: LOL.

Not really in the movie, but if you insert your DVD into a computer, look at the D drive, in which the movie is held in "My Computer".

You're not watching "The Dark Knight."

You're watching THE_DARK_NIGHT.

"Now doesn't that just torque your jaws? I love that. You know like in the movies just as the good guy is about to kill the bad guy, he coc ks his gun. Now why didn't he have it cocked? Because that sound is scary. It's cool, isn't it?"

Dent ***** his gun twice before he actually fires it in his last scene - once when he points it at Gordon, then another time when he points it at Gordon's wife.

Yeah, it does sound cool and menacing, what can I say? :funny:

Edit: LOL, and the censor strikes again! Whatever, not fixing it, it's the proper term! :funny:

On these boards, you have to write c0cks if you wanna get away with dirty stuff like that. Shame on you Anita. :o

;)

What's that from? I know I've see it but I can't quite remember what it is from.

i never noticed when joker goes to cut gambol's mouth- one of his goons throws him the knife and he catches it in the air.

Errr... where did you see that?
Watch it frame-by-frame. I actually think he pulled out the right-hand knife from the goon's stomach and tossed it back into his own hand so he could change its position. But a knife definitely goes up into the air and he catches it right before he grabs Gambol by the face.

Has this been posted before?

In the interrogation room scene, prior to Gordon saying "If we're going to play games...." & then getting up, look at his eyes. It appears he looks behind Joker to Batman standing there.

Nothing major, but I thought it was cool after noticing it watching it for the millionth time.

So I was wondering recently what happened to Joker's tommy gun when he faces down Batman in the street. He shoots a bunch of cars with it, he still has it in right hand when Batman passes him, he presumably still has it when taking out the knife with his left hand, then it's gone when he's skipping toward Batman, where the knife has replaced the gun in his right hand.

Upon further examination, you can see the gun lying in the street in the background when Joker jumps over Batman. :funny: They must have cut the shot where he drops the gun and the knife changes hands. It's pretty cool that all of the shots in the movie in that instance weren't any of the shots in the trailers. :funny:

^ 50% off-topic but.. was it really a tommy gun? I think so too but I don't know for sure :oldrazz:

Actually, according to some info that another SHHer posted, it's a Smith and Wesson M-76. Not that I know guns, but...whatever. :oldrazz:

I just noticed that while Joker and Batman's face is blurred and their hand not, Harvey's is the other way around.

But that's the one I would've liked to see, him walking slowly towards Batman with the gun and knife, now THAT was an iconic shot. That and the "Hit me" of the trailer was fantastic too, the one they used always strikes me as weird, just the way it looks

I dunno, the trailer shot was iconic, but the shot they chose for the film was more tense. You can see how just how nefarious Joker is when he makes that face and then flicks out the knife.
