Comics This is the X-Men's Manifest Destiny...

1) Karma, you fugly.
2) Ugh, we're back to the Tabitha = a ****** characterization.

If you think about it, there is no other reason why she would go after him. It's not like he sought her out or anything. It's just to much of a coincidence that "Opal" runs into him in a club. She probably started stalking Bobby the moment she healed from her Wolverine attack. Because it's not like she has Rogue to play with anymore... Guess Bobby was the next best thing to inflict her "motherly love" on.

Ha...motherly love.:woot:

If Destiny was alive, I'm sure she'd find a way to make Mystique ease the F off these kids.

She'd also probably make involuntary poopy in her pants, because she'd be well over 100 years old.

I Wonder what Iceman is gonna do after this story, is he going to stay in San Fran or go back to Limbo, wasnt he suppose to be appearing in X-Men:Legacy???

He is appearing in Secret Invasion: X-Men which seems to be set after this story.

Flicked through Manifest Destiny yesterday. Knew I was only going to be interested in the Iceman story. Then I saw that there were only two more pages in his bit than we've had in the preview pages and the few that bloke a page back stuck up. Good story overall, but a week since Hank sends a Blackbird to get Bobby and he doesnt think maybe its a tad odd Bobby hasnt shown yet so maybe he should track the damn plane?

What I mean is - Hank should have sent out a message or tracked the plane if Bobby didnt arrive within a day

Maybe Hank has some other matters on his hands so he kind of let the matter of Bobby's late arrival slip off his mind, the story might wrap itself up nicely when we get to read the next part though.

I was thinking that myself. I mean, a whole week? Geez. That area should have been crawling with X-men trying to find him.

This book was terrible. Utter waste of money I only bought it because there was nothing new out this week that i didn't already have..
I think it's only a 4 shot book (thankgod) it will be in the back issue bin...
Art was horrendous..it's nice to see Bobby featured but if these 3 characters (no offense boom boom, karma) are the coolest things to come re: the relocation to San Fran it's very disappointing. ...save ur dough for next week.....:o

Maybe it's Hank or one of the other X-Men that come and help him out in the end. Or, maybe it'll be explained why no one came to aide him right away. If anything, I'll be surprised to see what Mystique has in store for him... Maybe she's grooming him to the Rogue's next "Gambit" or "Pulse" love interest.

Its a shame about the format. Because I'm not going to buy a 22 page book to read seven pages of Iceman.

Is this book that bad? Nobody comments it?
Well, then maybe I should cancel my order, didn't really hold out much hope about this one when I heard about Mystique's presence in it anyway.

Is it even out yet? I didnt think it was. Will have to look for it then

It came out last wednesday. I wasn't particularly blown away by it. It reminded me of X-men divided whcih was kinda meh. :( The Iceman story bit was good....

You want him to start dressing like Prince?

Prince doesnt dress like Prince anymore. but no. i mean do some dark and questionable things with himself and his powers
