The state of California will only give you a ticket if you're caught with an ounce of marijuana. No jail time, just a pricey ticket. Reducing the penalty was one of Schwarzenegger's final acts as governor. So, you know, suck it the rest of America.

That's fair. You get a ticket for having an open container of alcohol inside the car (and not in the trunk), even if you haven't had any to drink.

Same thing show go for weed, even if you haven't smoked.


Basically, there's really no reason to make weed illegal if alcohol and tobacco aren't. It will need to be regulated like alcohol, but that means more tax revenue!

I hate that as well. I hate that shopping mode that people get into. Old ladies just cut you off as they're staring off into space in the grocery store or people will just stop right in front of you for no apparent reason.

Along those lines, ****ing rubberneckers who slow the highway down to a crawl.

I wanna go home! I don't need my commute to be any longer. Unless a lane is closed, or the police are actively slowing people down, there's no reason for it.

And they do apparently divide up the ocean into a targeting grid when their radar goes on the fritz.

So it's at least 3% dealing with the board game.

It didn't happen recently or to me. It's just that I hate a certain poster. People ***** about posters that have been banned in the past from the old days for being jerks or arrogant but this person I think takes the cake.
