Side note, why are Thor's bracers there made out of Pleather or something?? He's had metal ones in all the previous films, right?
His wig also looks pretty cheap and bad...

Those are the stunt versions so he doesn't hurt himself doing action scenes. In movies they'll often swap out metal bits for something plastic or plushy for action scenes.

I think they are the "scrappers" that Taika talked about. With the weapons and everything, they look like the ones showed on that facebook video Taika did when they wrapped.

And the other ones have to be the people form Skaar.

I think it's the people from Skaar. Some of the sets built for the movie where very colorful and this looks go pretty good with that too.

Btw if you look closely to the left side of the image right in front of Hulk's face you can see the "VIP" stands of the arena where we most likely gonna see the Grandmaster and Loki watching the fight. You can actually see a blue man or someone dressed in blue right in the middle and knowing that the Grandmaster rules the arena then the best place in audience gotta be his.
