I'm not one to watch reaction videos, but I'm getting a kick out of seeing everyone geek out the way I did - especially when Thor first sees Hulk. And pretty much everyone jams to the Zeppelin track.
I'm with you on that. I have been going through a lot of people's reaction to the TT and it's so cool to see them experience those awesome moments.

A lot of people that where sceptic they go in with apprehension but after 25/30 seconds they already all on board. People are going crazy with this Teaser Trailer. I love to see people reacting to...
- The destruction of mjolnir
- The badass Hela
- The "YESSSS" moment from Thor.
...
:awesome:

- The "YESSSS" moment from Thor.

It's great already, but I expect it to be even better in the context of the film. There are so many things wrapped up in that one reaction.

The weirdness of actually meeting someone you know in such a bizarre situation on the far end of the galaxy, the relief at finding out that your opponent is a familiar face, and also the fact that Thor has become a little bit assimilated into earth culture, to the point that he refers to the Avengers as "work." Great stuff.

He also likely has not seen a familiar face beside Loki. Probably thinking finally something is going my way. Thor may also really want to fight Hulk he owes him for the punch at the end of A1.

Check out the one from Ecomog Media Group. Their videos are hilarious.

Ha, yeah, at that point Thor will be having a really bad day. Losing Mjolnir (probably gets whooped by Hela, too), being banished to some trashcan planet alone, getting electrocuted and captured by the first people he meets there (again!), and then he gets his locks shorn.

Unexpectedly seeing Hulk after all that must be a welcome surprise.:woot:

Those guys are really funny. I like that they make an effort to provide content beyond just "reacting" to a video. Too much of those channels are just people watching and briefly commenting with nothing else.

My only experience of Jack Kirby is from the Fourth World series but I think it's cool that this movie is taking some influence from him. He's one of the greatest comic book artists of all time.

The only thing I don't like about that helmet is that it looks like he's wearing an Optimus Prime Halloween mask.

Ok so Hela is insanely powerful. That we already figured out.
Add to her Surtur and Fenris Wolf. Thor gotta bring the hole gang to defeat them. Odin, Thor, Loki, Hulk, Valkyrie, Heimdall... everyone has to show up big time in order for the good guys to have a chance. Plus Hela's minions(Heimdall is seen fighting one), asgard forces and even Skaar looking gladiators wich are seen with Loki on Asgard.

Hela is very powerful and maybe even as powerful as Odin.
Surtur is a beast. A force of nature and something that even Hela will probably want to unleash.
Fenris Wolf is another heavy hitter.

Man this surely looks like a "tight fit" for the good guys to squeeze through. Everyone needs their A game. And i do think that Thor will get a boost for the final showdown. A weapon, maybe mjolnir restored, or something else that will bump him again to the higher tier level. We already have seen him powering up with lightning whitout the hammer so that has to be something that boosts him up.

He is still hammerless in Avengers 3.

Definitely looks more interesting than TDW in more ways than one.

It's funny when the Spider-Man movie is the least exciting movie in a year where there is a GOTG movie, a Spider-Man movie, a Thor Movie.

At least Spider-Man looks better than WW and JL ;)

Of course it's not mjolnir. But what does he have or not on the other hand.
It's not known at this point if he gets mjolnir back or not and not even that concept art is 100% conclusive.

That's not Mjolnir.

I don't think they are going to have Mjolnir be dead and gone and to give that away in the trailer. I expect Odin to work some magic to get it back. Going to be amazing when it comes back to Thor out of nowhere.

it's not bad having low or lower expectations for a movie. Spidey might catch me by suprise. Wouldnt be suprised if it ends up as best one from all 3. Only few movies do live up to hype of trailers or previous movies.

I personally dont think GOTG 2 movie will be better than first one. Cause that movie pretty much everyone catched up by suprise, and it was new, different, and now we have all this expectations and predictions for sequel and I wonder will it be that good. And you will wonder if it's overrated at this point, even if ends up being good, specially when critics wrote "it's better than first one".

And Thor does have best trailer of all movies. First two Thor movies were such a mediocre ones, I didnt even had interest in seeing or expecting to see it until this trailer come out. So to me this is already best Thor movie by those half and minute footage we got. How good will end up and can it live it up to trailer. Maybe. It is Waititi and I love his movies.

On Spider-Man. I have no idea. Watts is for me too much unknown as director. I still dont have a feel for what style of movie we are getting, regardless of the trailer and footage we got. And this with shameless and unecessary Stark promotion with who we likely ended up seeing all footage of Tony in the movie in those two trailers. So we are running in "fake movie promotion". And actually have no idea about the movie, given plot is "high school", "coming of age", but we getting Stark promotion.

I'm not sure. If I had to take a guess, I would say that he won't get it back for the beginning of Infinity War, mostly because it feels like the arc of this movie, for all the humor, is heading more towards a disaster for the entire universe, placing our heroes in a very bad spot for the beginning of the next movie.

So... Thor not having Mjolnir feels right to me.

But that is just a guess.

Edit: It would also fit with Cap not having his shield, and I would expect them both to get back their iconic weapons at some point during the two-movie arc. Again, just a guess, based on my current feel for the story as a whole.

I seriously have a headache from watching this damn trailer so much. Probably close to 100 x.

Yeh this trailer is super addictive and you don't really get tired of watching it either.
I have seen it a lot. And if you count the reactions of other people then it's crazy the amount of times i've watched it.

I guess i can't get enough of it.

What Feige said and it's still baffling how some people don't get it is that ragnarok will do for Thor what TWS did for Cap. Not that Thor is like a Fan4stic situation but like TWS cemented Cap as one of the pillars of the MCU they want to do the same with Thor. He was talking about THE IMPACT of the filmon the CHARACTER. They didn't hire taika to make TWS 2.0.

Ragnarok can be equally good to TWS without having the same tone. Think about it.

Feige is smart enough to switch things up a bit. Black Panther will probably be TWS in tone.

I have a feeling Ragnraok will be the best Marvel movie of 2017..

I do get a kick out of how some media members nitpicked the heck out of the Justice League trailer for its wonky CGI and slow mo star shots. . Hulk looked TMNT quality in the teaser, some of the soundstage sets/CGI were clearly noticeable. Thats ok though cause its still months away.

Great trailer.

I also think the quality in Marvel films from 2016 to now have really stepped it up in the cinematography department. Beautiful shots.

Could well be Glaive's weapon that Thor uses for a moment. Not exactly concrete proof of anything. Add in Strange being in the film in some capacity and I don't think it's a lock Thor is sans the hammer in IW. That said, it's not totally out of the question as the heroes seem to be going into IW with many disadvantages, which makes sense as it builds tension.

People are having a fine time but then somebody has to to "that guy".

At least the JL and WW trailers didn't give away the film in less than three minutes.

You see... We can all be whiny fanboys together now. Or... We can **** can this sort of nonsense because neither WB or Marvel Studios is paying any of our bills.
