'course not! Most genre fans love him.
Well in comics, Warlock and Eternity called trial, requesting LT to disable the gems. He didnt see anything wrong because no universal law was broken. Thanos saught out the gems on his own and fairly obtained that power. After everything that transpires, he overrules his previous ruling.
I think Thor will defeat Hela on his own then everyone joins to take on Surtur
I liked him from Lotr as Eomer.![]()
Cannot wait for nov to roll around. Oh boi. Little over 3 months to go
I am curious about Sif though. I think I saw Fandral in the trailer but im not 100% sure that was him.
From what i have been seeing the general female audience seems to be on board for this movie. It's truly a movie to everyone and has stuff to please and interest a lot of tastes. It's a well rounded thing i would say.My wife is happy as a clam having both him and Hemsworth in a movie together.
Touché. That's my theory too. And i would add to that... that after he uses all of that power to defeat her, he ends up draining himself so much that he ends up unconscious leading to IW.Actually, if Thor's "power up" is the Odinforce, I suspect you can flip those last two. The lot of them take on Surtur, and Odin sacrifices his life to defeat him. At which point, the power is inherited/transferred in some form, and Thor know has the oomph to actually beat Hela.
I'm thrilled for another reason.I can't be the only one who is thrilled about Karl Urban being in this film, right?
He's such a talented and lovable dude. I think his career deserves so much better than what's happened over the past handful of years.
Btw the Official Trailer has been trending at number 1 on Youtube for a long time now.
You're absolutely right. And check out it's view count compared to the Justice League trailer view count which was actually released a couple of hours earlier. Pretty impressive if you ask me, it seems to be going down just as well as the teaser trailer.![]()
Thor: Ragnarok Leads Social Media Buzz Thanks to Comic-Con
Disney-Marvels Thor: Ragnarok dominated social media buzz with an impressive 264,000 new conversations last week, according to media-measurement firm ComScore and its PreAct service.
Marvel released a new full trailer featuring both Thor and Hulk at the Marvel showcase at San Diego Comic-Con on July 22. Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled for release on Nov. 3.
Hunt for the Wilderpeople helmer Taika Waititi directed the third standalone Thor movie, which seems to be quirkier and more offbeat than the first two, and is already drawing comparisons to Guardians of the Galaxy. Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleton, Idris Elba, Cate Blanchett, Tessa Thompson, Jeff Goldblum, Karl Urban, and Anthony Hopkins.

... Director Taika Waititi has taken the God of Thunder into a considerably more offbeat direction with his upcoming threequel, and Thor's line "We know each other! He's a friend from work!" sells that idea better than any other. That said, it turns out that the line was not in the script, and it actually came from a Make-A-Wish kid who visited the set. Chris Hemsworth explained:
We had a young kid, a Make-A-Wish kid on set that day. In between the takes I was talking with him, kind-of going back and forth. And he goes, 'You know, you should say, he's a friend from work!' So that young man actually came up with it.
I'll say something outrageous. Thor was never my favorite Marvel character. If anything he was bottom barrel from all Marvel's Avengers characters. I didnt like character, I was never really even interested into reading some comics. I didnt even like first two Thor's movies. If again anything, I find them weakest from the bunch of MCU movies. So I never really looked forward to anything related to him.
Closest to me liking Thor was his few scenes he had in Avengers and those few outtakes Marvel did with the character.
But since first trailer and now 2nd trailer droped, there something happened where I am not only started looking forward to Thor movie, but I am actually become a fan of Thor as character. And he might actually end up being my favorite Avengers character, which previously was and still is Cap.
So thank you Taika Waititi for making this possible for me.
I can't blame Thanos if he falls for Hela. I mean...

Yes i think so.I wonder if they'll show Hulk and Thor fighting other opponents in the Gladiator arena before they finally face each other.
Yes i think so.
It has been reported that Thor needs to fit his way up to have a shot at the champion.
Yes i am pretty sure. Google it and you will find reports. Are you sure?
I hope we get some sweet action as we see the "rankings" of fighters on Sakkar.
