Tim Roth is Emil Blonsky/Abomination in The Incredible Hulk!

so far i don't think there is anything they have taken from the comics about Blonsky/Abomination. i can't find a single thing appearence wise about Abomination that looks like anything from the comic (the two toes are gone now), and Blonsky himself doesn't even resemble the comic character. Dare i say it, but FF's version of Doom was closer than the comics than Blonsky:wow:

So? The comic book Abomination looked stupid; a sort of fish-body builder hybrid.

A 'fish-body builder hybrid'?.

Brilliant.

Yeah, let's ignore 40 years of how a character has looked just because some people can't get past the fact that he somehow mutated scales.

:whatever:

Exactly. Because it looks stupid and the genaral public would ask: why does he look like a fish?

No they likely wouldn't, even if they did with this new design they'll be asking 'Why does he look like a giant muscle bound zombie?'.

:whatever: They would. lol

Yeah ok, how many times have you been watching a movie and asked yourself why they look a certain way? Seen cloverfield? Asked yourself why the monster looks the way it does? The general public wouldn't care as long as it looked cool onscreen.

Yes I saw cloverfield. Yes I asked why it looked like that. That was one of the main points of the movie. What was it? How did it get there? Hopefully the sequel will shine some light on it.

Did you ask yourself why it looked that way or just try to see what it looked like? That was the point of the movie not asking why it looked that way. What was it, how did it get there doesn't cover why it looked the way it looked. Most people when watching a film just enjoy it, look at what's cool, generally they don't sit there thinking to themselves 'I wonder why he looks that way'. They especially won't during the last fight because of how intense it is, they won't time to think about that, just be in awe at how cool everything is.

The original design is growing on me but I still prefer the redesign. Whenever we get a new franchise, if we get the original design from the comics, it won't keep me from going to see the movie.

Why it looked that way. Generally when people watch a film, they aren't stupid enough to go along with it without asking themselves questions. Apparently you don't conform to that.

Conform?

With that new word, you confirm that you aren't very intelligent.

Lol no, people like things that look cool, they would not be sitting there asking themselves why Abomb looks that way, as long as the action is good they really would not give a damn what he looked like. A film like Hulk people go in wanting action, good fights, explosions, the hulk showing his strength, not to be sat there thinking, a big reason why Ang's hulk was heavily criticised.

As many words as I know, I've never heard of conform. But seriously, who the hell are you supposed to be anyway?

I'm not going to stay here arguing with you. We can agree to disagree. You think action is most important, I'm fine with that, I just like logic to be at the forefront.

Story is really important. If the story isn't worth a ****, it won't matter how much action you put into a movie.

Hahahahahahahaha. Conform...not a real word...ahahahaha. That was rich...
