Henry has it in spades and its the look of innocence,gentleness and the vibe that he looks like a good guy

That supergirl looks bigger than him, wider too - gotta be an awkward angle. I think they wanted him to be in the background so Supergirl held prominence. Then changed their minds and wanted them side by side, so they brought him digitally to be beside her. Kinda what it looks like.

well regardless of whether they digitally moved them around, the suit flattens all his muscles out. They shouldve gave him a muscle suit, he just looks like an average guy in a superman costume.

his 5 oclock shadow also looks odd on a superman.

I think if the cape were attached in a more traditional manner it would work wonders, the way it's attached seems to play a big role in downplaying his size. I for the most part like it, some small changes would make a big difference though imo, and seeing it on the show in more natural lighting rather than the strange filter that pic has to it will probably help as well.

Yeah, the suit does flatten him out. With that said, I can see them showing him shirtless so people will know he's strong. I think the 5 o clock shadow is also more the sharpened image. Here's Tyler shirtless, with a lot less of a beard growth, and a lot less sinister looking:

As said, seeing Teen Wolf - not worried. Seeing that airbrushed Supergirl pic, I would be.

They nailed the supergirl costume, i think they dropped the ball here.

So I was right on the "S" Yay for me!

Yes, it is a male version of the Supergirl costume. But again, THAT'S FINE!

Like the idea of the belt, and the cape attachment. All good there.

I only have one issue: his head is out of place. It looms like, and they could've done it, a touch up of combining two different poses into one. It looks weird, almost liek his head is bigger than it should be on that body.

They nailed the supergirl costume, i think they dropped the ball here.

It thinks is fine, nothing amazing nothing horrible. Works for what they're doing for this Supergirl/CW Universe. We've got two Supermen in live action now and we've had many others in the films and tv shows. Costume variation/different actors is a good thing in my eyes Switches it up.

I see that you're a Lynch fan.

Yeah, the suit is fine. I just don't like the belt --they should have ditched it along with the cape attachments on the shoulders, the bulky boots and made the whole thing streamlined.

It does baffle me that we keep getting promo pics that look like this though, you'd think they'd try to make the first images of these suits/characters look flattering, but we so often get heavily desaturated blue tinted photos where the characters all look unhappy and the filter gives them all the complexion of a corpse.
