Kingdom Come Superman would've looked more like this:

latest

:o

I could see it.

You might just be better than me in this regard. I am not so sure I can stomach another season of Arrow. Even with Supergirl (possibly Superman?) and the others doing cross overs. I suppose I could just tune in for the crossover eps.

Eh, season 4 was better than season 3. Still not very good, but if I can sit through season 3 of Arrow (in my opinion the worst season of any of the Arrowverse shows) I can make it through anything.

It's not just the major crossovers, either. Sometimes smaller characters or enemies move between the shows, and even if the over arching plots in Arrow have been frustrating there are still characters on the show every week that I've got a lot of time invested in. I want to see what happens to characters like Diggle and Thea, so if/when they show up on the other shows I have context for what they've been up to.

I am a fan of Speedy. Diggle... meh. I was excited for S4 because we were told it would be lighter in tone. It decidedly was NOT.

That promo shot with Melissa made Tyler's neck look long, which made him look extra lean. In the on-set photos he looks totally fine.

Honestly, I'm just excited that there's a possibility that I'll enjoy a live action take on my favorite character again. No shade to Cavill or Snyder, but their Superman hasn't done it for me so far. I have high hopes for SG's version.

Same.

Plus, I'm secretly hoping he'll be like the Super Antics version.

Since they introduced Superman does that mean that Batman isn't too far down the road?

I hope Chris Woods plays Lex now that they've brought in Clark to the fold.

I'd also cast Sam Witwer as Batman, Rachel Nichols as Wonder Woman and Sam Heughan as Aquaman. :D

And as soon as the powers that be realize that their audience is not a bunch of morons that are capable of understanding that the film universe and TV universe do not cross the streams, the sooner we can have a Justice League television universe as well as a separate film universe.

I would rather see Bruce Wayne in Supergirl universe, who is not Batman, his parents survived and he is just another businessman.

You mean "Bloomsday" from "Smallville"? :D

Looking back at the set photos, I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this.

The boots appear to have a lift of some sort in them. Which, along with a change in posture, will hopefully make Hoechlin's Supes appear taller.

No offence because I couldn't do as good or any better than those images but I hate when it's pictures of actors in the costumes but then obe us a photoshop image. Like the one with Wonder Woman on. It would be better if she wasn't in it and instead there was another female hero who had actually been on one of the shows.

He could have played someone else from the Planet that knew Clark/Superman, like Ronald Troupe, and they really wouldn't have had to change his character on Supergirl. He probably wouldn't have a communicator watch though or have the specific relationship with Superman that Jimmy had.

He'd be miscast as Ron too...Ron is short, small and nerdy. He could maybe be a relative of Steve Lombard, maybe Steve's younger brother who is not an immature jerk like Steve is or something.

I really hope we see him quite often this season, and I really hope they don't power him down too much. I thought both J'onn and Kara were powered down quite a bit in the first season.

Or relative by marriage if Lombard has a sister

It had to be Jimmy (James), I don't think Superman would trust Ron Troupe of Steve Lomard's kid brother with his secret/watching over his cousin.

Was Jimmy trusted with the Matrix stuff before the real Kara came back?
