Uncanny Avengers

Ugh, why did Acuna have to be drawing this arc? Id prefer if Copiel had stayed on

Acuna's art work is beautiful in my opinion. Though I do see that it doesn't fit the story.

I've been an Acuna guy since day one. I'm happy to see him on big books.

My only problem with Coipel on X-men is that we won't get any of his beefcake men, dammit!

I'd like Captain Britain to join the Uncanny Avengers. I think he would be a good fit what with his links to the mutant world.

I can see one of those exciting people, and then another ticking them right off.

Two of those characters need to be permanently erased from the 616...

... [BLACKOUT]Daken and Sentry[/BLACKOUT]

I had no idea who any of those characters were until I read it somewhere. Two of them I'd like to return permanently.

so its banshee, daken, sentry, and who's the fourth dude??

Wow. I'm stoked about that to all get out!! Banshee and Sentry specifically has me excited, and I liked Daken. Remender following up on his death like this is sure to create some great stories. I'm hoping there's more to this than emotionless zombie creations. I'd love to see Banshee somehow survive it all.

While I hate Daken, this could be quite interesting, Remender knocks the apocolypse stuff outta the park
and hopefully Daken dies again at the end
I could watch him die over and over and over, and never get bored with it

I thought Daken was pretty awesome during his Dark Wolverine days (didnt read post-Siege) and then in his ongoing title through the X-23 crossover. I didn't read any of his Wolverine Origins stuff or the majority of his ongoing after the crossover but I liked what I did read.

I love Daken despite hating Wolverine and amoral murderous characters. I guess his style won me over :p

I think Uncanny X-men could be an interesting place for him to end up.

eh, mad ones, you dirty cyclops-lover

:woot:

Daken's solo was terrific.

I agree that he was brought back too soon, even though Remender did work it into the finale of Uncanny X-Force nicely.

I liked how strategic he was and the relationship he crafted with the Fantastic Four (though he burned that bridge if I'm not mistaken). I personally thought the crossover with X-23 was a highlight of what I read of his run. I liked his costume during that time period.

He liked the FF and was seemingly in love with Torch but he had ulterior motives to rob them blind.

Didn't that play out toward the end of his ongoing, the last issue or two? I didn't read that far but remember seeing him fighting the FF during a skim.

Yeah he stole something I think to use against Wolverine. I can't remember what it was for the life of me right now. I think it was a component for the bomb he put in Times Square to attract all the heroes or something....
