I really want to see The Penguin. I've always had a big soft spot for the character ever since Danny DeVito's and Burgess Meredith's wonderful portrayls of him.

He gets alot of flak for his corniness, but the character of Oswald Cobblepot fits very well into Batman's world. And I'd love to see Nolan's take on him.

I definitely don't want to see Killer Croc or the Ventriloquist and Scarface. Batman fighting a reptile man, or an old man with a mob boss puppet just doesn't do it for me.

- A new female character who is there just to have a female character (i.e. Rachel). If there is a female character, which there should be, make her important (Selina?!?)

i agree, i do still think bane could work, and i dont think there should be catwoman, but selina would be nice...no catwoman...yet

New Tumbler (almost nearly identical, slightly modified)
More martial arts/strategic fight sequences
Use of more utility belt items (batarangs, lockpick, gasmask) with a scene where Batman throws the rope with those ball thingies at the ends at someone as they are running to tie them down

I am Melkay and I approve this message. Perfect demands. I'm just adding that Selina must be Catwoman too. That's all.

I feel like I can trust Nolan for the most part though, he's not going to bring us back to some unrealistic, comical version of Batman all of a sudden.

The thing I want the most in the third film is Heath as the Joker again... but... I guess that's asking for a little too much, isn't it?

Don't Want to see:

1) The gloves on the suit getting any chunkier. in BB the gloves LOOKED good and that he could do fiddly things with them. Bring back the streamlined gloves.
2) the cowl fastened how they had it in Dark knight. The way it was connected it looked more like a damn robe, rather than attatched properly!
3) Don't want to see radical redesign of suit, or transportation. Tumbler was great. just cause something gets destroyed isn't cause to change the formula

What I DO want to see:

1) We NEED to see bruce training. BB had a certain element of it anyway as part of the story, but DK had NOTHING. Bruce has spent the better part of a decade training to achieve his physical perfection. That kind of skill and strength training takes daily work. A weights room, some gymnastic equipment in the background of the cave, or even the quintessential One armed pressups while talking to alfred.

^ I agree with Catwoman being overrated, but other people that doesn't want to see the Penguin is really underestimating what he could do in a movie. So much you can do with his character as a mob boss stand-point, and a great story could include Black Mask or the Riddler. Nolan can do it.

i'm fine with Joker re-cast, AS LONG AS it's one of those things like in some of the comics, where his face is mostly in the dark and you can only see his hands. But the voice must be perfect.
