You'll probably be disappointed on the suit thing. I think the costume designers are going to want to make something better, more comfortable and more functional just because that's what they get paid to do and their is money to be made in toy sales. I just don't a want a new suit to be point in the story whether either he needs an upgrade again or he has a special suit for specific situation. It would be just fine to see him in the new suit from the get go without explanation.

Dancing in jazz clubs. Ugh.

-A jigsaw/terrorist Riddler-if Riddler shows up, he should be a side-villain and a weakling like in the comics
-Talia al Ghul (no more ninja stuff, i want criminal villains)
-an "accepted" Batman- i don't wana see him just walking into hospitals and police stations like in TDK. The only contact he should have with the establishment is with Gordon on top of skyscrapers. He is a criminal vigilante after all

A crime boss/terrorist/jigsaw riddler.

I know i've already said it, but if they went that route he'd seem like a Joker/Jigsaw knockoff, and a lame one at that. If he is the main villain, he should be a government agent whose obsession with "solving the riddle" (who is Batman?) leads to him becoming a major menace.
