Harley Quinn, regardless of whether the Joker is in it. I've always thought that she had no place in Nolan's Gotham, tonally she just didn't fit (similar to Robin). I can't picture this Joker dragging around a deranged fan as a sidekick.

I´m TIRED of seeing always the same villains, like Joker,Catwoman,Riddler,Penguin and Two Faces.
New villains...one or another out of these 5.
Black Mask,Hush,Deadshot,Talia Al Ghul,Hugo Strange and Lady Shiva are some villains I´d love to see.
It´s always good to renew,to innovate.
I don´t understand why the people want to see always the same villains over and over again.
This is so boring!
