Skyfall
I love this movie, but one thing that bugged me when I first saw it is something I now really hate upon second viewing.
Why was it necessary for Bond to say "I don't believe we've been formally introduced." to Moneypenny? It's really stupid. Given how much time they've already spent together and the fact that Bond's entire business is knowing things (he knew M's real name, which surprised even her) I cannot buy that he wouldn't know Moneypenny's name until that scene. I get that they wanted to save it up for the audience, but that could have just as easily been done even if Bond did know her name. It would have made way more sense to leave the "formally introduced" line out and have him keep the final line "I look forward to our time together Ms. Moneypenny.", it would have worked a million times better, having the same effect on the audience without the completely implausible idea that he didn't know her name.
Other than that, it's great.
