It's incredibly sad and pathetic that this is based on true events. I hope the manager of the fast food joint was fired for this.

If I recall correctly the manager got a lot more than fired.

Anyway, last movie watched was Galaxy Quest. Lots of goofy nostalgia. Loved this movie as a kid.

Nice! I haven't checked out what went on in the real case.

Yeah even I couldn't believe it was based on a true story after watching that movie. If you watch the actual tapes it's not that different from what happened.

Also Dreama Walker. nuffsaid :o

The Star Wars Saga (1977 - 2005)

I watched Star Wars and Empire first, left the whole cliffhanger ending hanging and moved to the prequels, before finishing with Return of the Jedi. Love it, even the prequels warts and all. Can't wait for more. I'm not particularly with the Han Solo and Boba Fett spin offs (But I've got ideas how both could be good), but a JJ Abrams sequel trilogy will make up for them.

Zero Dark Thirty (2012)

Very similar to Zodiac in it's style and approach, which I'm glad we get to see again. Just really well made all around. Though I feel they wasted a huge opportunity to play 'Long Tall Sally' on the chopper ride to Bin Laden's compound.

Conan the Barbarian (2011) . I think it's decent. It could of been more fun , but Momoa is a good choice for Conan and some of the action is really cool.

Take This Waltz

A very mature romantic drama that takes their time to get to the crucial moments. Seth Rogen did a pretty good job playing a serious character, as well as Sarah Silverman. It tries to be a film sorta like Blue Valentine but minus the blowout and dramatics.
6.5/10

The Good, The Bad, The Weird (2008)

This was gloriously insane. My favourite Woon joint just in terms of sheer entertainment value. Too bad I hear The Last Stand is a bit of a cock up, the thought of Arnold Schwarzenegger doing a film like this is mind boggling.

First time seeing The Good, The Bad, The Weird? And The Last Stand is Kim Ji-woon most tamed film yet (which I can't blame him since it's his first Hollywood film) but I think it's still a lot of fun.

X-Men: First Class

'Total Recall' (New Version)

I actually liked it.

Yes it was. That's a shame. Maybe Arnie should head to Korea and really make what an Arnold/Woon collaboration should be.
