Last Man Standing (1996)

My second favourite Walter Hill joint behind Extreme Prejudice. No, it's not a patch on A Fistfull of Dollars (Or presumably Yojimbo), but it's just manly (Including being edited in a way where it looks like Bruce Willis was holding dual Colt .45's while having sex), it looks like it was filmed in a barrel of bourbon and it's bloody as hell.

House at the End of the Street
I Spit on Your Grave (2010)

A Good Day to Die Hard (2013)

It's possibly the best awfully hilarious movie since The Room.

Bruce Willis flips off an exploding helicopter while he's falling off a building, I'm not sure it was supposed to be viewed any other way!

Spring Breakers last night... and i'm still kind of depressed. :(

The influences are clear but the film has it's own visual DNA and more importantly it's own soul. Cruise as always is excellent in the lead while Olga Kurylenko and Andrea Riseborough give good support, Olga has the most soulful face of any actress I've seen. All in all a fantastic slice of sci fi. 8/10

So, I Married An Axe Murderer. I still don't care what anybody says this is Mike Myer's best film and yes I say that with Wayne's World in mind too and while I recognize that movie's greatness and do love it, this movie is just on another level to me. Myer's needs to get back to his roots and do some smaller stuff like this instead of all the goofy character's like Love Guru and Austin Powers. He needs to keep the characters to small roles like he does as his father in this movie which is by far the funniest character he has EVER played

The new Evil Dead. Was really excited for it and finally got to check it out last night with a big group who all really dug it. I didn't like it at all.

The movie is disturbing , but funny. I enjoyed the over the top kills and the comedian who plays the killer clown.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

That bad, is it? It looked awful.

Some people might love it. I just really didn't. Not sure what I expected tho... I guess I thought it would have a bit more substance plot wise than it did. It just left me feeling really empty, and sickly. :(
