The Great Mouse Detective
I haven't seen this since the 80's so I only vaguely remembered parts of it. It's a Disney movie with mice being the Sherlock and Watson analogs, although they live with the real Sherlock and Watson. It was set up to become a franchise or could have, had they chose to do so (being Disney I'm surprised it wasn't followed up by a dozen lackluster sequels like many of their other animated features were).
It's a nice kids movie, only 75 minutes long or so.
