OK. Took a trip to the video store tonight.

Saw Rock of Ages. Weird movie, but I did enjoy the heck out of it, and found myself singing along to many of the songs, not to mention it brought back tons of memories. I'd give it a 7/10.

Sicko. It's got some points. Nothing is perfect, but quite frankly, I still get mad at how prisoners get a roof, 3 square meals a day and health care, but the law abiding citizens, not so much. How can you rank a documentary? I really can't. All I can say, it sustained my interest.

Blade Runner. Uh, I have never seen this before. I see on the internet that it is a reveled movie, but for me, I got bored with the movie, and simply lost interest in it.

Most people do on first viewing. That's cool if you don't ever want to go back to it but I recommend a second viewing.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

What a waste of good cinematography. Dodgy special effects.
Although, I should note that vampires are not my kind of thing. Zombies? Sure. But I hate vampires.

Skyfall 5/5

I thought it was fantastic. Casino Royale was good but it was trying too hard to be Bourne and for that reason I didn't like it (and I didn't bother with Quantum of Salace). Skyfall sits somewhere between a Bourne style actioner and the old style Bonds and in some ways works as a bit of a reboot, introducing new characters with old names.. (I won't spoil)

The action is good, Craig is good and Bardem is absolutely brilliant. With a couple funny moments, it's also not too over the top and is actually quite understated... You know, it's just one guy and he's not taking over the world, he just wants revenge on one person and it works so well for it..

Funny thing, first time I saw it I barely found anything redeemable in it out of the character played by John C. Reilly, I watched it cause it's in my list of bad movies to watch during this crazy desire to watch some bad movies
Frog rain was funny first time, meh on second view
Overall a decent film, nothing much better than bad, do not think it's a good film

Hated it first time, 7 is fair for what seems decent onr second view, it appears to be one of the movies I can appreciate more with more views
