He sure did, my bad I was thinking about Thor powering down Iron Man's suit during the first episode of the Ultron arch.
True, I do want to see Thor pull off much bigger feats at some point in the film but that feat does give me hope that his super strength is definately going to be shown.
Yeah, it's a cool preview of what's to come.t:
Another cool thing is the black clouds churning over the Quinjet as lightning surges through them, while the rest of the sky is clear. I can only imagine how ominous that moment's going to be when the thunder causes the Quinjet to rattle, making the theater seats vibrate from the sound.Another nice touch was Loki being nervous, knowing that the storm was his brother's doing.
If I recall, the storybook said that a huge lightning bolt struck the Quinjet and Thor landed on top of it. Thor sure knows how to make one hell of an entrance.
Another good music video that I found regarding Thor:

Outstanding pic. I'm so happy with the way Marvel Studios have portrayed Thor so far. His solo movie was great and it looks like the Avengers will just continue along that line. They could have easily have gotten him wrong like WB/DC did with Green Lantern. Or Fox with DD, etc. In my opinion MS has nailed all of their characters so far.
[/QUOTE]So,what do you guys think about seeing "King Thor" on the big screen in the near future?

Yeah I think THOR IV would be the best time for King Thor if Hemsworth is up for it, so he could spend an entire film being the ruler of Asgard and getting a few chances to show off his new powers.

Gonna go out on a limb here and say Hemsworth does not end up in a fourth Thor movie ..... even though he's by far and away my favorite of the Marvel bunch.

Yeah, I also think it would be difficult for Hemsworth to return for Thor IV, simply because when you add the trilogy for Thor and TA, he will be playing the Norse god for four movies, and I can see him having the ambition to become an actor in Hollywood that has more diversity beyond Thor. He is already doing so many things even after TA, while committed to Thor 2.
The problem I see with Thor IV as King Thor would be that he cannot just pass the torch to the Son of Thor or anything like that, because Thor *is* the franchise. Once Hemsworth decides to hang up his Mjolnir Marvel will have to start contemplating rebooting the series, but not anytime soon.
