And to say a particular fuel or means of travel could or could not be used is a pretty big assumption in and of itself. No?

There see now your applying our way of life to a hypothetical, advanced extra-terrestrial civilisation. Implying they couldn't give a crap what's going on just so long as they get paid when they get back so as to put food on the table for their alien brood. As for radio waves? Don't get me wrong, I find it very intriguing when ancient aliens shows a level of precision cutting that would be hard to replicate today...... Then tell you its a few thousand years old.
