I am talking about maximizing your testosterone serum levels without juicing. This can be done if you focus on high volume compound weights like squats/deads/bench/military in short periods. None of that silly isolation stuff. No one is asking you to look like Schwarzenegger.
All the examples dont prove ****. They are all extremely high paying, genetically high testosterone, and high status males. Most of us are not in this category.

It gives you energy, drive and a disciplined mindset. This can go a long way in other goals. Moreover if you want a girl who is fit, you won't sound like a hypocrite.
None of you guys really answered the question of this thread. While some touched the tip of it, the answers are not fleshed out. Despite Pook's flaws and eccentricities, he comes up with a better explanation. Jerks happen to embrace their masculinity; he is saying you can do the same without taking up the negative traits. Is that so difficult to understand?
I am familiar with Pickup artist / Speed Seduction industry, they do teach invaluable social skills. I even use some of them. But core reasons behind pickup artists are flawed and shallow. More shallow than a guy who lifts weights or buy flowers to impress women. This
