yeah a rise of the sentinels film or a proper X4 to act as a lead in to Dofp would have been awesome! It would have also featured better introductions to the new mutants.

Rise of the Sentinels, followed by Dawn of the Sentinels :funny:

umm no.

Rise of the Sentinels followed by Days of Future Past. Dawn of the Sentinels sounds too similar to the recent Planet of the Apes film.

That... that was the joke

I'm fully convinced that psy is a robot built for the sole purpose of inventing X-Men sequels that will never exist.

This deserves recognition. It's from the Asylum thread.

Hahaha, nice!

The Brunch Club 20-Year Reunion

Don Fender: Judd Nelson
Danny Park: Emilio Estevez
Ryan Johannsen: Anthony Michael Hall
Nair Standoffish: Molly Ringwald
Alyssa Renner: Ally Sheedy

It almost makes it worth it when there's absolutely nothing legitimate to talk about there.:huh:

Huh what are you talking about. I will remain hopeful for a fifth X-Men film with the original cast.

Batman Beyond, starring George Clooney and Shia LeBeouf.

Eh I dont want a sequel for Batman & Robin unless Poison Ivy returns but its too late for that now.

If it is, it would shatter my world as I know it.

On the subject of an American playing Bond, I could easily see the following actors pulling it off flawlessly given their resumes and talents:
Lee Pace
Chris Pine
Jeremy Renner
Mark Wahlberg
Elijah Wood

^ What's wrong with Elijah Wood?

There are some questions that needn't be asked nor answered, like "What's wrong with Elijah Wood as James Bond".

^ Objections like that require explanations, or else they're just ' noise'.

'Noise' are casting suggestions such as Wahlberg as Bond or Elijah Wood as Bond.

Emily Blunt as the next Bond for me.

That should shake things up a bit.

I can't believe there was someone here who brought up Elijah Wood as James Bond and was serious about it. I love the internet.

He's a tiny little guy, he has a very soft borderline effeminate appearance, voice, and general manner about him where I don't think anyone could take him as anything but absurdly miscast as a badass super spy.

Frankly, there are Bond girls far more believably tough than Elijah Wood

IOW, the only reason he can't be Bond is because of typecasting. Good to see people thinking rationally. :o

This guy...

I'm not on board with singling in on Elijah Wood as the bad choice there. Wahlberg is the real offensive one in that bunch. :o

Ayy Blofeld, say hi to your motha for me. :o

Renner has kind of a ratty face. Pine is too pretty. Pace is American? This is news to me :wow:

Wahlberg would be hysterical :lmao: but no.

In all honesty probably the best fit American actor for Bond is Matt Damon. But he's already Jason Bourne, who's light years better than Bond.

Oh, and Elijah wood looks like a b****. :o

I have no idea what's going on. :yay:

Elijah Wood is stupid, but Wahlberg?! I didn't know one of Bond's recreational activities was screaming slurs at Vietnamese men and blinding them.

I sometimes wonder what's the deal with some posters here. Their lack of self-awareness is amusing, but also baffling. Like missing-frontal-lobe baffling.
