Superman Returns Wrath of Zod

The powers and abilities of the Eradicator before it reformed itself into a solid humanoid body were based around the manipulation of energy and the environment. Its influence even extended to altering the solar spectrum to match that of a red dwarf. It also displayed the ability to reshape objects and materials into any form (including high technology) possible.

After Superman's death it took on a human form but it's powers were vastly reduced. The Eradicator can fly, is super strong and can fire powerful energy blasts. It could also be conjectured that it has other abilities left over from its time as an All.

^^Speak on what you know of the Eradicator and what you don't before you school me, HO

edit:

It's his SV's powers that make him the Eradicator, not his name.

The Brainiac in Smallville also corrupts computer systems and released a virus through the worldwide database of systems...corrupting everything. Thats just like Brainiac 2.5 did.

As far as the 'powers' go, thats debateable. On SV, Brain-IAC is the ship. The Milton Fine clones are simply created and manufatured within the ship to carry out the will of the brain.

The clones are made from Silver Kryptonite, its a liquid metal.

The computer was built to serve Zod, the Fine clones regard Zod as the master.

Eradicator is designed to preserve Kryptonian heritage for it's own means.

It's left to be seen if Zod even gives a damn about Krypton.

My guess is that Zod hates Krypton and it's people; just like the version in Superman II.

Story-wise, the way it is written....SV's Brainiac is not Eradicator.

Power-wise, there are similarities but the powers of flight, energy blasts and stregth are abilities that Brainiac has had as well; Brainiac 13.

You could really go either way with this one but I dont think Al and Miles intentionally wrote the character to be like Eradicator since I bet they didnt even know who Eradicator was.

Jeph Loeb's last stint was the supervising producer in the 2004/2005 season.... not the one with Brainiac. Whether he had any influence on the Brainiac storyline is debatable but the SV writers said after the season 5 finale, they had not decided how to pick it up for the season 6 premiere; it was to be worked on later. The same likely happened the previous yr.

We have already seen Zod in the movies, his story was concluded in Superman II, there is no need to see him again, making him the villain would just be a rehash of Superman II, I want to see an original movie with new villain.

Zod's not exclusive to Superman II. He's been in the comic plenty of times. And you obviously didnt read all of my post.

As for the rest? I'm sorry you must think I care.

He did it in the last episode...and NO WHERE else:)

OOOOOHHHHH....We got a debate NOW:confused:

I thought you know HO?

Where did it say that? I do watch SV, HO! You can't fool me:)

HOW do you even know it was a computer, HO?

How do you know? He looked the Terminator to me? Did you hear anyone on SV call him a computer? Chloe did say that, but did I guess...well...that would make him...LIKE...more like the Eradicator.

What do you think?

Briainiac isn't Brainiac, except for in the last episode of this past season. He is the Eradicator in powers...c'mon...are you still trying to deny that?

Dude...I've like stopped listening to you...:)

Brainaic is the best choice in my opinion.

Mongul and Darkseid are too far fetched for general audiences, I think you start putting in characters like that and you move too far into science fiction.

I also don't think those particular characters would translate very well to live action.

He did it, thats all that matters. Obviously it happened in the end since SV does nothing constructive until the end.

I do know. Read the rest before you act like a fool biatch. It's all there. All the powers you mentioned, Brainiac has also possessed them in the comics. I even cited Brainiac 13 as an example to the specific powers you mentioned.

In 'Splinter' you dumbass, the piece of Silver Kryptonite that infected Clark rejoins with Fine's body at the end.

Wow....youre not winning many points today biatch. Jor-El said in the finale that Brain-IAC (the Brain InterActive Construct) was a machine within the ship and the Fine clones were merely the extension of that device.

In the episode before that, Fine said he wasnt a Kryptonian but BUILT by them to Lex.

He aint Eradicator. Its just something Al and Miles threw together. Loeb wasnt on the crew during this point.

About Zod being the movie version? Yes, considering the season 6 premiere hasnt aired yet and we dont know how theyll handle him. So far it doesnt seem to be the Armored Nazi Zod from the comics.

So, he's been the Eradicator, but in one episode he was Briainiac and he's Brianiac?...gotcha:up:

Did you even read what was posted? I posted those because I've read them. Brainiac is a computer...maybe like the Terminator 2, but if you go in that direction than you have the Eradicator, it's really plain and simple. It's a fine distinction, but's one, and even in STAS they were able to hold back on Brain's powers until her became "Brainthor" w/ Nanotech.

I knew you were are an idiot because the question was about Fine multipying and using silver K. Funny...he multiplied without that in episode before the finale...UHHHHH...maybe......Oracle...maybe the one before that. I could go to DTS and find this information...if I really wanted to:confused:

Fine doesn't need silver K to multiply...dumbass.

If I have to say again that Brianiac is the Eradicator because of his powers than I will be convinced MY HO can't read...and I don't want to think that about you, HO.

You did read what was posted...you did, right?

This is pointless...because you don't even know who the Eradicator is and I just gave you text to read that refutes what you said...text from the site you claim fame to...

You are stupid...and this conversation is really over.

I didn't meet he man...I went up to take a picture with my camera phone?

We had no contact and I forgot my tomatoes:up:

Jeez, I can see it now. In wrath of Kahn Kirk had a son. Now Supes has a son. Kahn comes back for revenge. Now Zod comes back for revenge. Damn Singer Come up with something new. Hire Nicholas Meyer to write the thing if your going to rip it off. At least he will come up with something not done before.

Y'know, Singer is a pretty big trekkie too.

With their fist?....lol...

Still though, I was very sedate. I always get a kick out of seeing som of the girls dressed up. I seen Poison Ivy, Secura (of course) and Leia, but I seen a few Corpse Brides and one crazy looking SW dancer with...her own style. She looked like Secura, but she wasn't...she was the dancer who wasn't eaten by the Rancor:O

^^

Well.. thats what i like about those kind of things..nobody care what you dress like..its all the fun of it all .

I wasnt talking about multiplying. I was refering to the fact that the Fine clones are MADE of Silver K. Silver K is the damn liquid metal that they are composed of and 'Splinter' showed that, you *****e.

Stength, Flight, Ability to shot projectile beams etc....all the powers that Brainiac 13 and some other versions of Brainiac also shared biatch.

You mean the site I used to prove that thing about Eradicator and Jimmy. Something you said never happened. You just love to be wrong dont you? If you want to talk about powers comparing Eradicator and Smallville's Brainiac, there are versions of Brainiac that shared the same powers in the comics...its that simple.

Whatever. I'm done with youre PMS anyways. You havent proven jack. Just go b1tch some more in the complaint thread in the uncivilized manner you usually do and get yourself banned again. I'm fine with that. We're done here.

you don't want to say things like that..

expecially around me..

violence of any kind is wrong, and its not something to joke about either.

I happen to agree that Zod would be a bad choice, but interestingly at Comic-con today....when someone shouted form the audience "bring back ZOD!!"...singer replied "won't that piss off the comic book fans"...then he said.."who here would want Zod back"..and shockingly...there was a HUGE response (positive response)...i am hoping htat plays no role in any decision...but it was interesting.

Singer was also quoted at the SDCC last year as saying that he (paraphrasing) respects the comick book community and that he has made it clear to the studios about his resposibilities to them.

you sure those were Superman fans you were with? with the way they react and posed questions about the X-Men franchise it sounded more like a good deal of those in the crowd are disgruntled X3 fans.
