There is quite abit of negativity going round about apocalypse look, size, voice and bryan singers not being a very good visual or action director

In general? Or specific reviewers/commentators? I know people have taken the Ivan Ooz thing and are running with that.

Well, Apocalypse does need to be big, or at least have the ability to make himself big. The head was too small on that concept art.

They should also give him the classic look with the metal lips. Why change that? And why make him blue unless they are creating a link to Mystique? He has been shown as blue in some artwork but is mostly a stone-grey.There's enough blue people in this franchise already.

As for voice, they could get a voice actor for ADR overdubs - like one of the people who voiced him in the animated series. John Colicos passed away, but James Blendick and David Kaye are still around.

Because of his performance and acting skills.

He said that would have to happen anyway because of the costume and prosthetics means he won't be able to speak properly. So either he finds a good voice or they get someone else.

i think this is all on purpose... sometimes to generate interest is just to put out something that can only be "leaked" generating excitement and interest... someone said the knock off clip on youtube had 3 mil hits and Ship retweeted a clip?

I think its all part of the hype. I'm not watching the clip though, I only wanna see official releases.
