The extra bit of detail is

Cyclops blasts one of the grenades, but it is not known whether it hits them [the aliens] or hits the building, but then there is an explosion and wreckage falls on top of the crowd. Xavier screams at the crowd to run.

Then it appears to be Cyclops running forward then stopping to look back and at the same time a bit of dialogue is transmitted from the alien ship.

Parts were google translated so some bits may not be correct.

It also suggests that Cyclops might be wearing the visor in the scene and what Jean is doing isn't specified.

If Chastain isn't a Skrull Lilandra, then it is possible she's Flaw, the Warskrull who tried to usurp the Shi'ar Empire. But yeah, the way that battle is described actually sounds like the movie has relatively good action, at least on paper. Who knows how it'll translate because it is Kinberg's paper.

I dont understand why a full out alien attack would be at the beginning of the film. Sounds tonally off that they just throw in an alien invasion into the Xmen universe outta nowhere.

I think when they go to space, something happens that affects the planet of these aliens, and they end up coming after who caused it, to get revenge, do not think they come without reasons ... I hope it's a good reason .

If its something like the Skrulls sense an echo of Phoenix's energy and they want to capture her for her power or kill her for being too dangerous or sell her to say the Shi'ar - the last one is if they are Warskrulls - well then that makes sense. I was always thinking that maybe one of those missiles Apocalypse sent into space detonated somewhere. But it wouldn't explain why they took ten years to respond. I guess it could have just reached them. Lol

It’s already been confirmed by Kinberg (I think) that Jean absorbs solar flares and hurdles them back into space to save the astronauts. So, it’s likely a rebounding flare that does something to piss these aliens off. And since it’s a result of Jean’s actions, she’ll probably be held responsible. I guess this would be a slightly more grounded take on her consuming and destroying an entire star as per the comics?

Ok, now see that actually makes sense and is rational. We know that solar flares can cause mass devastation. That's established all throughout media. Hell, Assassins' Creed built a billion dollar gaming franchise on the backbone of that idea. Solar flare destroys a Skrull/Shi'ar planet, the Skrulls find a space ship in the wreckage and realize who did what. That **** makes sense. But it all depends on execution. Depending on the execution, one could be naaaah (Kinberg) and the other could be Illmatic (not Kinberg).

the UN scene has many police officers, swat, and Protestants against and in favor of the mutants in the Un, this scene involves the presence of the President of the United States, and in place are Prof X, Magneto, Jean, and Cyclop.
according to their source, jean is wearing a "custome" but did not make it clear what it would be.
then an alien attack happens in the UN, with ships dropping lasers reaching the population, buildings, cars and etc.
according to the source, the assistant director quotes several times in the recordings that were the skrulls.
according to the source, in this scene the motion-capture clothing is gray, so probably the member of reddit who leaked the script, must have seen some unfinished version
the ships shoot and destroy many things around, and then 4 aliens descend from the ship, and the prof x, upon seeing this, freezes all the people who are in place to avoid panic, so the teacher controls some policemen and they make them shoot the aliens, including grenades, and these aliens can counter these shots
Cyclop throws a blast, but hits the UN building, causing pieces of land to begin to fall on people, and a voice speaks "your world will fall apart and collapse," the alien who says this is not seen in this scene.

That's not new information. That's been up on a site this person is connected with since last year. If they're posting a recent video on twitter, it's just rehashing what was said on the website late last year.

Central Park is a setting more for a character like Spidey.

And I hope for a brutality at least the same level we see in Pietro vs Apocalypse.

I was just thinking about the rumoured UN battle scene description. Apparently it's been said that it (so far) only involves Jean, Scott, Charles and Magneto (and well the Skrulls or whatever) and they're in civilian clothes, and there's a lot of police officers, swat, yadda yadda…

Anyway, I'm thinking this might not be the final battle but definitely near the end.
And well, remember that still of Magneto lying injured on the ground, between rubble and debris, surrounded by military? For a long time I had thought that perhaps that was a scene in Genosha, but now with this additional info, I'm starting to think it might likely indeed happen at UN, since it seems like the building gets destroyed and massive chaos occurs.

Perhaps this is 'the' scene where Mags gets taken down and captured.

(also, the question is, where are other members of the team? Storm, Nightcrawler, QS, Hank...They weren't mentioned at all. And since the building full of people is apparently about to collapse, Nightcrawler and Quicksilver's powers might come in handy.)

I really can not imagine where this un scene will be in the movie
I do not think it's the final battle, why do not I believe that the aliens will appear only at the end of the movie.
I'm almost sure that the final battle should be in central park, if this un scene is really in the end, I think then they will try to take the aliens to another place so as not to hurt more people, that's where the other team members will appear to help charles and cyclop, but even so is still suspicious, I want to understand the context of the magneto be with the jean in the same scene, since according to rumors he will be trying to kill her.

I think we will get 3 main action scenes. Space rescue opening. Aliens declare war at the UN in the middle. Central park final fight/showdown.

I think it will be in the middle of the movie or in the beginning of the 3rd act
since according to the rumors, in the scene of the UN there are people protesting against and in favor of the mutants
and by the rumors at the beginning of the film, the mutants are being treated as heroes by the population, so I think something bad will happen, again generating hatred of part of the population against the mutants.
