That's an awesome shot! Much better than the outside shots with Cyclops imho. Absolutely love the legacy trailer as well. Will definitely be rewatching all the movies before seeing Dark Phoenix this year.

I agree with his senitment a lot. Sure, Fox should have branched out to many other character relationships, but the ones portrayed till now have stronger resonance than any other franchise imo

I love these movies, but based on the earlier trailers I had kinda written off the third act already. It's starting to look much better now.

The train sequence looks really good.

I love the shot of storm flying and taking out the guy beast throws: her body motion and pose looks like she is being supported by the wind.

Interestingly in the Claremont feturette it doesn't look like the force just enters Jean suddenly( like the editing of the previous trailer suggest).
she is performing an action while is slowly enter her.

I think at first she tries to use her telekinesis to try and stop it, but is overwhelmed by its power. Also she’s trying to hold the ship together whilst doing this, so somethings gotta give.

I don't know.

The two shots are edited together clearly (give her had positions).

It sort of looks like a rock on chain/rope.

Lotus seems have spikes on the end of his hair though. Perhaps he picks up rocks and when fighting her.
