So, it seems like some of these deals have gone live early. I happened to be browsing the storefront and noticed that Alien Isolation and the season pass is already marked down. Did some digging and saw that Watch Dogs, Lara Croft, and Lords of the Fallen are all marked down, too. It's not all deals mind you, though, since I saw MCC isn't marked down yet. Next time you happen to be on the storefront you might want to look and see if what you're interested in is up yet.

Anyway, games for Gold in March for Xbox One will be Rayman Legends and IDARB. In April, they are going to double the games they say, so maybe four Xbone games?

No seriously though there are no essential games yet, unless you missed out on the 360 and PS3. Do not buy Unity.

In which case, I recommend Black Flag, Tomb Raider, Far Cry 4, GTA V and if you can find it cheap, Destiny.

Heh, yeah, all of that for the MP side of things. Campaign is still a little buggy here and there too, but not as bad as the MP. They've apparently been working on a patch for about 60+ days now, with no word on when it will come out. It's so messed up, lol. The game has been out for over 100+ days, and MP is horrible.
