Tye Sheridan has the most credibility as an actor but he's definitely not the best looking, particularly compared to Taron but I'll trust what these three can do. Here's to Apocalypse, and a new trilogy of X-Men and beyond!

Just watched it a couple nights ago and he was most definitely very, very good. He was my second choice after Egerton so I'm fine with him in the role. Shipp as Storm is the only one I'm cautious about but I'm giving her a chance for sure.

Still so excited for Turner as Jean Grey. Been my number one choice since the get go.

I also have a good amount in faith in Singer. I think so far his track record has been good with casting so I'll be more lenient with him.

I think it's a looks based thing with Taron and Tye, as Taron on looks alone (and his physique) could definitely be Scott but Tye has Mud, Joe and the Tree of Life under his belt so that might've been the breaking point on Taron vs Tye.

Dunno of Shipp, but I'll be cautiously optimistic for all of them. Casting with this franchise has never been an issue more or less.

Shipp was bland as Aaliyah but perhaps that was due to the film sucking as a whole. I've been hoping for Sophie since before we knew she was actually up for it so I'm happy there (although I was getting used to Steinfield). I have no idea who this other kid is but he looks nothing like Marsden nor any image of Cyke that I have ever imagined...

Turner has a big height advantage in real life, but Famke had the same height as well. I think Singer tried to go as close as possible to the OT cast in looks while trying maintain some talent and credibility.
