The Dark Knight 12 Film Clips for The Dark Knight on iesb.net

i wasn't going to watch any...and then i watched three.

that's it. i swear.

I am going to be practicly convulsing at the night of the movie-hope I don't get banned from the theatre

;)

Same here. I can honestly say I've never been this psyched up for any film before. I feel so bad for any director that has to continue where Nolan left off at some inevitable point in the future.

Hell, I haven't even seen the new Gotham Tonight episodes yet! I might just pass out.

Saw these pics on Jett's BatmanOnFilm.
Sweet!

I watched only the Joker one ( with the burning money )....
WOW.
This is very much in line with your classic "gangster" film....
Joker's hand movements and gun swaying are very "Italian-like" I guess you can say (being italian, I noticed this rightaway!)....

This has become so much more than a "superhero movie".....
This truley is a CRIME EPIC.
The Godfather featuring Batman and Joker, LOL...........

I knew I said I wouldn't but I watched them. And they were REALLY good!

Why does Gordon seem to talk with an accent in the rooftop scene?
I know he doesn't have an american accent in real-life, but his actual accent comes through in this scene quit a bit when he is yelling.

It doesn't really spoil plot details much, but it does explain why Nolan didn't want to use the name Montoya for the role of Gordon's partner. Even though Martinez (is it?) shares certain similarities with Montoya, let's just say she isn't as squeaky clean. What she did or does is briefly mentioned in the scene with the big three on the rooftop (No, not Bats, Supes and WW).

Cuz he slipped I guess.

The guy who played Thomas Wayne did the same in Begins. Remember?
"It was me Martha. I just needed some fresh ehhh."

Yeah, accents tend to slip when you're not talking "normally". I've seen it plenty of times, when actors nail the accent during dialog, but when it comes to screaming or crying, they revert right back to their natural accent.

Just got home, can anyone direct me to a youtube version or downloadable versions of these clips?

I'd most appreciate it.

I'm so calling Regal and telling them to get HeartToHeart Emergency down there Because I don't care if my kidneys explode, I choke on a cornel of popcorn, or I go into cartiac arythmia; juice me back up and put that I.V back in cause I'm not missing a single second of this film.

The rooftop meeting is awsome, I honestly didn't expect all three of them to be so independent as they are, as in Dent and Gordon even though similar are operating in two different ways. "I almost booked your rookie Ramirez for rackettering" "You should of kept me in the loop" Dent is truly his own force just not some D.A he was back in Long Halloween no offense but he just seems to be more, politically and everything.
Gordon did seem to have a higher pitch, but that's probably his stressed out voice.

It was pretty sad to see everyone blaming Batman for the new crime in Gotham City. You could sense Bruce was just crumbling inside when he heard the people who'm he tried to protect from criminals accuse him of being in some ways worse.

Is it just me or do I actually dislike Rachel for "stupifying" him into a chance for love and then ripping it out from under him and then blaming him for feeling that way. I think Bruce genuinely loves Dent as a human being and that he's not really hating him for stealing his girl but that he's more or less a bystander in his fustration withe Rachel.

The fact that Bruce says to Lucious "I don't plan on it landing" makes me suspect we might actually see either a stolen military chopper from Wayne Ent.. or in fact the Batplane. Anybody else get a little sense of the Tahlia Airborne Abduction scene from HUSH?

Also the scene in the new BTS footage where Bruce is doing some very clever detective work on trying to find the Joker's whereabouts kinda makes me wonder if Bruce is trying to find the Joker's origin or just the next strike, "it's overlooking the parade" hmmm.

I hope there are a lot more rooftop scenes in this film because that one was way too short.

that last clip the joker sounds like a cheeky monkey!! he must be really excited the way his giggling to himself!
