Wow, definitely more at home in the role. That short clip already showed more genuine character than anything in Begins
YES! It's like night and day... WOW
the burning money scene just cements ledger as joker incarnate. i love how he says "sending a message.." like an upset teenager, like everyone just doesnt get his plan..OH MY GOD I WANT THIS MOVIE OUT NOW.
I LOVE that interpretation !!!
...Not going to watch these. Very difficult.
You don't know what you're missing!

im just so glad that jonah nolan wrote this one. its like an entirely different film, dialogue wise. it's still heightened, but not like...ridiculously so, a la begins.
MAD PROPS to Jonah... it is like a whole other film when it comes to dialogue. OMG it's actually smart, AND occasionally the jokes are actually funny! Go figure! It can be done! Lol.
I guess that might not be the finished product
but yeah, its was heard
Hopefully the accent issue will be cleaned up in post by the time it hits theaters.
These answer the only possible concern I had, Eckhart. I was worried that he didn't have the chops, but those worries are gone, he delivers.
How could you be worried!? Haven't you seen him act before? He's got skills
Actually that was the only thing I wasn't impressed with. Seemed too slow for me. Much more used to the fast & brutal hits that Jason Bourne has shown us.
True. But WOW what a difference not doing crazy fast-cutting makes. I could actually SEE the fight choreography and it made a WORLD of difference. SO HAPPY!!!!!!
And now for my own comments...
"it was a
big dog..." - Batman defending his injuries was HILARIOUS. The banter with Alfred was AWESOME. "That's not what I meant by inspire..." etc.
"I'm gonna tell them the whole thing was YOUR idea..."
Wow, a joke that actually FIT and made me
LAUGH. Color me surprised and very, very pleased!
I loved how when Rachel said the word "Natasha" what she was really saying was looking at Bruce Wayne and going "You f***er!" LOL.
And just because I like ballet, I have to make a comment... there is not a single prima ballerina in the world with C/D cups. Sorry, that just does not work.
Now I know the movie isn't real

I LOVED the putting the tables together scene, just a classic, alfa-male dog fight scene, with Bruce taking the opportunity to sort of p*ss on Dent while he can... there is something really comical about Bruce Wayne feeling both threatened and using his power to play these silly games with others, it was an awesome bit of acting.

t: Nothing is cooler than CB doing "playboy" or "@$$hole" Wayne. You just can't top it...
Alright I also have to say in clip 4, the rooftop thing, the spinning camera just made me dizzy and was distracting. Whats up with that?
I really loved how Fox's stupid joke sounded a lot better in context when he says "now that's more like it." He takes a pause and seems to be living vicariously through young Bruce's exploits. A great character moment.
And last but not least, on the break in scene, omg I could actually SEE him FIGHTING. SO MUCH FREAKN BETTER!!! Can't say that enough!!
