The Dark Knight 12 Film Clips for The Dark Knight on iesb.net

Haha, "I'm a man in a goddamn Bat costume you jaded ass****s!"

Looking forward to Batman's introduction to Dent

what surprises me there is how passive he is in front of those two guys arguing !!!!!:woot::woot::woot::woot:

he could easily scream: "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY I'M RIGHT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I love that moment. He's completely efficient. His fight moves, only talks when he absolutely has to, doesn't hang around, etc. He's so disconnected from their little rift. He just wants to know what has to be done and he's gone. Batman doesn't have time for lover's quarrels or arguments.

Yes!

I just figured he threw it to one of his thugs, and they caught it. To cut him up into little pieces. But maybe he did just throw it to the ground.

You can hear a goon catch it then you see it at the Chechen's throat as he moves back. Ledger makes it feel very spontaneous though, very threatrical, almost like a magician

Would be funny to have a shot of the goon pulling a face at the thought of cutting him up

all 12 clips have been pulled so consider yourselves lucky if you already seen them :csad:

Jesus H Christ! I couldn't resist! I watched all the clips and to say they are genius is the understatement of the decade. Batman, Dent and Gordon on the roof with the Micheal Bay revolving camera move is tremendous! Batman stands there like a statue and then disappears! The interplay between Bruce and Alfred is warm and perfect...like father-son. Bruce jokingly telling Alfred that he's gonna blame the whole Batman persona on Alfred is hilarious! And the Joker, what can you say about the Joker...it's a transcendent performance! This is so awesome!

Attikus

Has anyone pointed out that in clip 8 when Joker dials his phone he's probably texting Gordon? There's a short shot of him looking at a message in the first comcast trailer

Edit: Ah Yurka already pointed it out. I get a gold star for effort though

Has anyone brought up that it might be Bruce Wayne who has something to do with the burning money? The dogs barking in clip 8 made me think that it ties in with the "big dog" Bruce was talking about while he was being stitched up by Alfred.

I think he's talking about the garage scene near the start of the film, involves the Chechen and his dogs as well as the copycats

The "big dog" was just a sarcastic joke. He was referring to his run-in with Scarecrow and the fake Batmen, most likely.

Right, I forgot about him mentioning the copycats. I was just focusing on that one line about the "big dog".

Nope, don't think they're in any footage but people reported it on the set. Doesn't seem worth a spoiler tag

On the rooftop scene with Dent and Gordon....is it just me or is there something akward about Batman. He looks strangely different than he did in "Begins." He actually looks scary to me in a weird way. Like an animal. It strikes me as a creepy scene but not bad by any means. In fact, I think I may love it.

Definately, especially his voice has evolved and is ever more harsh and dark in tone.

Yes, nobody had any idea that the infamous dogs from Detective Comics #578 will be appearing in this film.

I wouldn't think you'd need spoiler tags, since mentioning that the dogs are used in another scene isn't exactly a major plot detail.

Yes. I got that feeling too. I found myself wondering if it was really Bale (odd as that sounds); he's like a wraith!
