The Dark Knight 12 Film Clips for The Dark Knight on iesb.net

Indeed, a simple Youtube search of IESB Dark Knight will yield the clips as well

Thanks. I found the clips a short while ago; I was just defending the short tangent about Gotham Knight. It is inconceivable to have to create a new thread for every minor topic that comes up and I don't think this was such a bad one to have a quick talk about Gotham Knight while waiting for more info about the 12 clips.

lol. I'm watching GK right now..

blah blah 12 clips blah blah :p

It can't be that bad because that's what naturally occurred in the forum. Random people, who weren't discussing and aren't moderators, coming in to say "CHANGE TOPICS" are a bit ridiculous.

It isn't completely sacrilegious to go from talking about posted clips of a movie to move on to talking about posted clips of another movie from the exact same franchise, especially when many posters may not have been aware that the clips were available on youtube, thus giving the impression that there is a limited amount of people to discuss the 12 clips with.

There is no need to be a condescending prick about something as minute and natural as a gradual shift in topic in a forum.
We have threads for a reason. If the Hype was designed to talk about whatever we wanted whenever we wanted, there would be no separate forums. I'm not against tangents, but you're suggesting completely changing the direction of a thread. The main focus must not be lost - regardless of your "natural occurrence."

I agree. I would also argue that the point in this case isn't "lost" and that this tangent does not completely change the direction of the thread. This isn't talking about the Star Wars prequels or Transformers in a Batman thread; it was a short tangent about recently posted clips from a film in the Batman franchise in a thread about recently posted clips from a film in the Batman franchise--and it is now over.

hey why dont we feed you to ya pouches and see what a loyal dog really is.

Her breasts aren't that large and even so, maybe she's got padding.

But you're right. Young girls with large breasts are actually discriminated against if they want to pursue that (even if they're really good). Kinda messed up. Fortunately, they're not all completely flat chested though.
Do a google search on Karen Kain or Veronica Tennant. They're breast size is pretty decent. Avoid looking at Tennant's face for too long though.. :hehe:

Interestingly enough, former batgirl Yvonne Craig came pretty close and she's pretty stacked...

"Yvonne was considered to be a promising dancer, and at the Christmas show she caught the attention of the guest of honor, prima ballerina absoluta Alexandra Danilova. Danilova arranged to have Craig audition for George Balanchine at the School of American Ballet, and Fergei J. Denham of the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo. Both accepted her, and Craig chose to join the Ballet Russe. She started with the Ballet Russe in 1954 at the age of sixteen, making her one of their youngest members."

Well Here is Veronica...

And here is Karen.

They're both very slender with small breasts. Keep in mind that in these pictures the are wearing dancing outfits which are not going to be padded or shoving anything up like a wonderbra, as opposed to how they look in publicity shots and portrait photos, where they appear a lot more "busty."

I'm not sure why you said there was "discrimination" and that it was "sad" though. That's kind of like saying it's sad that obese women aren't encouraged to become ballerinas, or that short guys aren't encouraged to be basketball players. Come on now, the facts of sport are physics. You don't see big-chested gymnasts, acrobats, contortionists or circus performers either, and there is a reason for that. Speaking from a purely sports perspective, breasts are just lumps of fat that weigh you down and slow you down, not to mention shift your center of gravity for balance and rotation. It's not some kind of unfair prejudice...a big chested girl could certainly be very good at ballet, but she's not going to be the worlds *best* ballerina. Just like a 35 year old gymnast might be very good at gymnastics, but she's not going to be in the Olympics.

Man i love how Heath says "Freak" to Chechen!

I saw the clips on youtube and they are really cool. It makes me more excited for the movie.

Interesting clips. Some of the dialogue is a bit iffy, but for the most part it looks pretty good. Bale seems to be mailing it in so far, though. He just doesn't seem to have any intensity to him. And I don't think he's fighting any better or faster than he did in BEGINS. It's nice to see Gordon and Dent and Batman on the roof of police headquarters. Some of the interplay between Bruce and Fox feels a bit "redone" from BEGINS.

He doesn't really need to, though. I mean, he's fighting people who don't know how to fight to begin with.

It's still a pretty low-key take on Bruce but I think Bale's noticeably perkier this time, and I didn't really like his performance in Begins. Part of it's the more natural repartee in the Alfred scenes

What major scripts have you written?

Wow. Is that really all you can come up with? I watched STREET FIGHTER last night...a major motion picture...most of the dialogue and the story was terrible.

What's your point, exactly?

"this town deserves a better class of criminal" and that batman gliding over the city are the best clips...i feel guilty after watching...idk why

Apparently you don't know the meaning of "some", nor did you read any of this:

"Interesting clips...but for the most part it looks pretty good."

Roughly half of my two sentence statement was positive. The part that wasn't said "some" of the dialogue is iffy and made an observation that is neither positive nor negative.

I don't have a superiority complex. I just happen to feel that not everything I see from this project is perfect, just like nothing I see from ANY project is perfect.

I'll give you some of it was positive, let's just move on.
