It's the next step ,
Luthorcorp symbolizes Lionel Luthor (The Old, and the forgotten)
LEXCORP stands for Lex Luthor (The New Empire)
My thoughts exactly.

Loved the "I grew up in your shadow, now you are going to die in mine" or something quote and when he killed Alexander was awesome

a random thug hired by lexWho was the guy that knocked out/killed Gina?

Same here BRING ON Mercy Graves
I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 because of the pity party. Clark should know better by now. On the other hand, Lex killed two people in one episode!!!!
whoever directed this epsiode should move to hollywood
because whole direction of episode was quite good and on same level as any big hollywood movie
that hack Dj cruso is doing well with movies like disturbia (he started with directing smallvill episode)
You think Lex killed Gina?
I don't think so, unless you know something I don't because of spoilers from another episode.
What would be the motive?
She was a pain in the ass this episode, but she clearly adored him and would do anything for him... Why would he kill someone like that?

I got the feeling that Lex killed her because she knew too much. Once she realized that he was the one that killed Lionel he pretty much had to kill her. I don't think Lex even knew that she was protecting him from (Chloe, Lois and Jimmy).

After watching the episode few minutes ago, I have to say I was impressed. Much better than anything we've seen this season.
- Not much explaining how Lionel dedicated his life to keep Clark's secret safe. what was all the MB we saw between season 1&3?
- How did Chloe get her messages from Jimmy if she had forgotten her mobile at the Planet for Gina to see?
- Why did Clark allow himself to be caught by Lex in his office? He could have easily zapped out of there and Lex would have never found out.
If Lex was responsible behind Gina's death. Lol. He prevented himself from knowing Clark's secret.
Fixed.
Seriously, this episode is definately up there as one of the best of the series...it was a very DEFINING episode in the same vein as Rosetta.
