did Clark just hit Lois with the "statistically speaking this is the safer way to travel" line? Ughh
Erica and Tom FTW. They, by themselves, have made this season instantly better than last.
This is the second week in a row that I've been pleasantly surprised. The show is definitely on point this season.
Ha. Ha. He just went Chris Reeve on us!
I loved that part"statistically"![]()
t:Agreed. I'd say it's about time they bring in Doomsday, but at the same time it makes me wonder what's gonna happed with Doomsday for the rest of the season.Next week's ep. looks awesome.
AgreedAt least he sounded cool when he said it, not like the last guy to say it![]()

Yea, the Lois and Clark stuff have been great this season and IMO it's made most of the episodes a whole lot better.Erica and Tom FTW. They, by themselves, have made this season instantly better than last.

Yea, not his greatest escape, tho i don't think heat vision is visible to the naked eye.Great ep, but some things didnt make sense....
-Clark touched the bracelet and didn't have any effect on him
-He used his heat vision in front of Lois, broke out of the chains in front of her and she saw NOTHING AT ALL?
Otherwise, great ep. Tom and Erica are awesome together... So was Lois lying about taking off the finger sensor or not?
I didnt think Lois saw anything that Clark did because of the smoke/steam that filled the room when Clark heat-visioned the pipe?
Right, but wouldnt she see the fire from his eyes since he was about 5 feet in front of her

I was completely pulled out of the fiction with that homage, especially since it was so eyeroll worthy the last time I heard it.

Anyhoo, great ep. SV is fun again.![]()

I didn't see Saw and generally have zero interest in those kinds of films, so I could give a flying squirrel how much the writers ripped off -- or didn't as the case might be. I was however completely sucked into the action in Committed. I bought the Kryptonite bracelet without a flinch. After all, the Kryptonite-as-jewelry approach has been a SV signature since the very first episode (Lana's necklace). Other episodes to use the same concept have been Red, Whisper, Vengeance, and Tomb. So it's not without precedence. Besides, it was better than the antagonist using a Kryptonite-powered lie-detector. LOL

I have to admit, I've yet to be disapointed. This season Smallville is going 5 for 5![]()
