8.15 - Infamous - Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

I was just wondering if TWOP said chloe should write the interveiw revealing Clark's secret as an alien/red and blue blur istead of lois lane

TWOP believes the show is setting up Chloe's triumphant return to the Daily Planet to "redeem" it, so Lois getting the RBB article sort of spits all over what they want, even if it is an AU/time reversal episode.

I think doing an article on the RBB would also be another point for there Chlois theory, although now that Lois gets the "Superman" story they will write all the ways it's not like the comics and how it's a strike against "EDLois" being "ILL".

Talk about not letting go. :whatever:

Seriously?? :csad:

man i am so sick of folks thinking chloe is the real lois. God the producers have made it clear many times since lois was added in season 4 lois is lois and chloe is chloe.

To be honest whenever I need a good laugh I enjoy going over to TWOP and read all there theories. It is fun watching them twist whatever happens on the show or they read in spoilers to being a good sign for Chlois to happen

yea some fans are just a bit to crazy at times but that is fandom for us lol.

the irony is that they're mad that ed lois is going to play chloe in Hex/lois and chloe switching bodies

I see it the same way.

well those chloe=lois fans will probably be some what happy with that hex stuff lol.

Lol yeah that is funny, they want it to be a situation where Chloe plays Lois in a Quantum Leap type situation. I also think they want it so that Chloe does journalism that episode and does it better then Lois, hence triumphing her epic return to "redeem" the Daily Planet

I am so confused about what is going on in Hex. The more I see it explained the more confused I get.

it doesnt seem that hard, zantanna puts a spell on clark to think he is a simple reporter who wears glasses, trying to get something from ollie, and chloe is also put into a spell where her mind is in lois's body.

I am guessing Zantana overhears people saying stuff and grants them there wishes then zaniness ensues, one of those cases don't wish for something you just might get it.

Thanks for the explanation. I do get the premise of the story, I'm just confused about the Lois/Chloe swapping bodies or minds part and the fact that Lois/Chloe?? is out of town and how it all works.

yea that bit is a bit confusing but we will likely know how things are once we get to the episode next month.

I assume she was just turned into Lois, because her wish was to be her, but it didn't affect the existing Lois, like she's just a copy of Lois

So she's Lois in Chloe's body, or is she a complete swap?

She's Chloe but her body looks exactly like Lois, no swapping happened, just a copy. Lois (who's off on assignment) is just Lois and has no idea any of that happened. If she were to show up at the DP, there'd be 2 Loises

I personally wish they did switch bodies. A Lois in Chloe's body with Jimmy scene would have been funny as hell

new trailer from last night

EDIT: scratch that, upon further review its the same one from before

Am I the only one who think it looks stupid how he lifts up that desk?
Even if he is that strong there's no way it would work like that, it's like when he lifts up a car by holding onto the bumper. A little more realism please.

Consider this: Clark picking up the desk (or a car) by the end would be the same (relatively) as you picking up a little toy matchbox car by the bumper, or a dollhouse-sized desk.

So, given Clark's otherworldy strength, it is completely realistic to see those things - and really cool too. :D

ETA: Oh wait... I get it. Are you thinking about the angle for breakage? Yeah... that's a valid point I guess, but no, it doesn't bother me. Forest through the trees, ya know?
