You could say the same thing about Iron Man 2, or Avengers, or well any movie that builds a universe.
But those movies didn't go from 1 to 100 in one movie.
Yes they did. Avengers literally threw in a new Hulk and side stepped a lot of character development. The only movie that really connected to Avengers was Thor.
MOS introduced Superman. BvS will introduce Batman. Those are the key players. Also, do you think sudden events don't happen that brings different people together? It's more unrealistic to have them all conveniently fall into place and be recruited by one guy. People have this silly fallacy that Avengers needed to hold the audiences' hands and take them step by step just to see them fight a bunch of alien goons.

Well technically, that was the same Hulk as the standalone movie, just with a different actor. All I'm saying is that TASM2 and BvS seem to be putting a lot of eggs in one basket.
Which is wrong because TASM2 was about a lot of things happening around 1 hero whereas BvS is about Superman and Batman. It has a more macro story view.
A lot of things happened in TDK so why do you use TASM2 as the archetype?

Christina Wren - Carrie Farris is in JL part 1 according to IMDB (doubt its fake), so I think Hal is in it 100%.
