Well...This was fun. We'll finally have our trailer in less than 15 hours. I'm extremely excited and extremely tired since it's 4am here. Time to go to bed and I'm so happy I'm not working tomorrow.

I don't think he's going north to find the fortress/scout ship. He's probably just traveling the world, finding himself and maybe he ends up within a certain range of it and it somehow calls to him. As for the walking...he obviously used his powers to save people back in Smallville when he was a kid. Something happened (My son was in the bus. He saw what Clark did). Probably felt like an outcast/freak...left...stopped using his powers to feel normal.

Well why didnt he Super speed run then? He has powers before he gets the suit so he could have just ran super fast or super jumped.... He is hitch hicking to hide his powers. He doesnt wanna get caught by the goverment and crap. Thats my guess... Im sure the USA would know right away if some dude was flying around in real life.
So he waits to become superman before flyin!

It's a countdown. The kryptonian symbols where numbers that led to the url with the countdown. First 2 symbols are the hours, next 2 the minutes and final 2 the seconds.

I'm as symbol dense as you, but if you watch the timer it's not just the last one flashing... 10 different symbols flash up (0-9) and then the symbol next to it changes too.

It's clearly counting down time.

Yeah, I woke up a little while ago too, and I have to be up getting ready for work in 3 hours... man my sleep pattern was screwed enough without this news making me want to stay in this thread more than go to sleep!

But this is just one obsessed guys theory...but it makes sense to me. The dude is out fishing, all of a sudden he hears this beacon or what have you calling him to a certain location....he folllows and I'll be damned, a Fortress!!
