fedor watch it 3 times here in one day then wait 12 days it'll be like watching it at a re opening all over again ...after 12 days u'll wanna see it again bad ...i'm prolly gonna watch it a couple of times first day ...i still doubt i'll go to the midnight openings superman returns ruined me at that ...

Why did Superman Returns ruin midnight openings for you?

and i can't really blame spidy fans ...when they miss cast someone in a role atleast make them look pretty and can act like amy adams ...that new mj is owell i'll be nice ...anyway she should fit in well in that version of spiderman which isn't to popular ...i honestly think if some of those marvel movies were dc if they'd really get sequels ....i think avengers is the only reason people will see sequels hoping there will be other avengers in the movies ...i'm not exited at all for cap america 2 or thor 2 ...

I'm glad that you're not excited for those movies, since they're not porn.

I think the worst thread in this section was the Lois Lane casting thread. I struggled with my faith in humanity on a regular basis.

Best to not act Holier than Thou towards other threads here.

Aaaaand I'm done.

Probably because he'd decided to stay up late to see the film but it was so boring it put him to sleep anyway :awesome:

Hehehe. I gave up on midnight movies after having a kid. I realized I wasn't enjoying them like I would after a full night of rest. Before that I really enjoyed them because you know you're in a theater filled with fans and it's a fun time. With Man of Steel though, I will be going to the midnight screening. I scheduled vacation days around it to get plenty of rest before the show.

Anyone as MJ is an improvement over Kirsten Dunst. :o

To be fair my Returns comment was a joke I did actually like the film. I have to admit I can see why midnight showings wouldn't be as good with not having a proper rest.

Dunst will always be haunted by her role in INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE. Especially since she still looks exactly the same in her face and teeth. Every time I see her in a movie, all I see is IWAV.

I remember seeing it at Midnight in Hollywood, Singer was in the audience a few rows behind me. Only a few people knew he was there. When his name came up on screen a bunch of people cheered. Then he yelled "THANK YOU!" the whole crowd realized he was there and everyone started laughing. The theater we were in, Grauman's Chinese, has about 1300 seats, and it was sold out. It was a fun time.

i was totally let down by sr ...i was expecting way to much ...when i saw brandon routh i never said there is superman ...the movie just didn't feel right ...but i loved the old movies so there u go

honestly i'm not a big singer fan ...x men was good but really ...how is it possible to not make a good xmen movie ...

You mean aside from having to balance a dozen+ characters who each have their own dedicated fanbase that thinks they should be the star? :whatever:

I liked X-2. Thought it was better than the first.

The XMEN and Spider-Man forums are that way....this is the Superman forum.

I hope the next trailer will have a more uplifting feel to it.

I just want a crap load of action to be featured in the next trailer.

It's probably going be a trailer that tells the plot more than the philosophy filled dialogue of MoS.

With its artsy visuals and music, I thought the last trailer was quite rousing and uplifting. I suppose the challenge for the next one is to convince audiences (and skeptics) that MOS is not just a serious, Nolan-esque effort - that it’s action quotient is on a par with Iron Man, Avengers and the other competition.
