I hadn't heard about a bar scene either. Must have leaked on here before I signed up. How detailed was the description about what takes place?

A tad later than I expected, but as I figured the MOS marketing campaign is starting this month. I'm just waiting on the posters to be unvieled.

I want to know about the next trailer; it seems like a week ago when the last one was released, but it was actually in December. I know it seems like its late, and I have brought this up before, but this might be how film marketing is like now: full speed at or around 3 months before the film opens. It happened with X-Men: First Class, and most likely will be the case with Wolverine; we're seeing it now with Star Trek into Darkness, and we're going to get that with Man of Steel. Maybe they're trying to avoid people getting sick of hearing about the film for a prolonged time, and thus not let the promotional drag on in hurting levels. That's my theory, though.

Man, hopefully it's Cavill and some other people this time. At Comic Con, when it was just him and Snyder... it was kinda sad. Especially compared to the Spider-Man panel the year before, which had the stars, the director, both producers, and even their moms.

Kinda ironic the marketing tour starts in Japan. Just checked the international release dates and Japan is the last country the film opens in, all the way on 30th August oO. September basically. Imagine having to wait that long.

Makes me feel better about our 3 month countdown!

Wow. That sucks. Where does it open first?

Yeah and he says the young Clark sees big letters on a newspaper at the Kent house when we know he sees them at school, I'm pretty sure by his reaction hiding in the broom closet is the first time that's happened.

I'm so sick of these BS reviews.

I don't know, I think that's the super-hearing scene which would be why he ran to the closet and covers his ears.

Yeah, it seems like April will be the month when MOS marketing is going to "explode"!

This right here:

First scene is in the Kent's house. We see a few shots from the garden, then we can see lots of toys in the ground. Little Clark shows up, playing with a red blanket. He plays to be a superhero saving people. He says a few phrases like "Don't worry, I'm going to save you!" and makes sounds of laser guns and explosions. Ma Kent calls him to eat. He starts to read the newspaper, when suddenly, letters are looking pretty big, as if he had a magnyfing glass just in front of his eyes. That makes him startle and drop the orange juice to the floor. Glass breaks in slo-mo.

...sounds like complete horse crap.

I was hoping the movie would start on Krypton.

I think the movie will begin with him travelling the world or as a young kid ala Batman Begins. I don't think we will see anything about Krypton until Clark goes to the Fortress probably.

So...let me get this straight. According to this guy:

A tornado kills Jonathan Kent, Clark finds him about to die after being tossed around by the twister and he gives Clark a speech before dying. Clark sees a ship crash land and goes to find it, it becomes the Fortress of Solitude. Clark puts his suit on and takes off into space because....why does he take off into space? And Zod and Faora, who are apparently just waiting out in space, are alerted because the suit has a GPS like trigger and this attracts them to Earth. Clark comes back down from little space trip to see Martha Kent and tell her he's Superman now, then Zod and Faora arrive shortly behind him with spaceships and they duke it out there for the first time.

I personally don't believe any of this.

I think we'll be starting on Krypton. The visual effects guy hinted they only worked on the Krypton stuff at the beginning of the movie.

The leaked call sheet had Krypton scenes with low numbers which usually means it's at the start of filming. The leaked call sheet also had a Krypton flashback.

Have any of these "screening reviews" actually touched on any scene which cannot be logically extrapolated from the bits of footage seen so far or leaked call sheets or children's books?

I would believe these reviews a lot more if they can provide just one scene which we have never heard of before. The simplest possible thing would be to answer the question "What the hell is Zod's plan?"

When the film does come out, we should start tallying up on how many "fake" reviews came out or were discovered beforehand.lol

It's nice when people use facts.

That sounds like a good idea. How many have there been so far? More than 5 for sure.
