Im guessing you love Passion of the Christ and Person of Interest?

I've actually only seen Passion of the Christ once, a long time ago. I love Person of Interest. I'm also a big fan of Count of Monte Cristo. Caviezel's movie Outlander is fun too, and I enjoyed him as the villain in Deja Vu.

So yeah, Caviezel's pretty cool. He'd be my pick to play Batman, though I don't think he'd ever get the part... he's too old for it.

Damn, I hated that movie... The Count is my favorite book of all time, so maybe I'm biased, but I didn't enjoy that movie even slightly, even with all these cool actors I like.

This is why I hate most interviewers. Completely braindead questions like this. He might've as well asked Goyer if his routine diet helps him defecate. Jesus Christ!
.

:lmao:

The interviewer in the video of Goyer yesterday came off as awkward as hell and asked some stupid questions. Why is it these interviewers always ask the stupidest ****?

Really? I've read the book and I know the film changes a lot, but I found it very enjoyable (and in some ways better than the book, in the way Last of the Mohicans the movie is better than the book). This isn't the place to discuss it but I'd love to hear about your reasons for disliking it in the Lounge sometime.

Outlander is my jam. An awesome B movie

He was grealy interested but Singer said he was "too famous" after Passion of the Christ.

I think he was being considered for the role or may have auditioned for it...not 100% sure

Frequency was pretty awesome too.

But I have to admit, I find it a little unsettling when people post gifs that match their avatars.

I've never heard that rumor before, but it sounds plausible.

:highfive:
I just liked the idea of an alien falling to earth during that period and having to fight a monster with primetive weapons. Also Ron Perlman and I had a girl crush on the leading lady at that time because of that cheesy vampire show on CBS named Moonlight.:D

Will Smith was offered the role for Superman and declined saying"You mess up white peoples' heroes in Hollywood, you'll never work in this town again!"

...didn't he already do it with...Hancock?

Have you never heard of spuds? :oldrazz:

Nah was a typo I was writing it on my ipad

Not only does it change A LOT, it was just a hard time trying to fit-in a 1700 page book into a 2 hour movie. In my mind The Count would work better as a mini-series (in fact, it would make for an awesome mini-series), and even with the basic storyline in place I found it hard to like the movie. And I'm usually very open-minded when it comes to book adaptations - I agree with your point about the Last of the Mohicans, Prisoner of Azkaban is also a good example of that. But yeah, let's leave it for a Lounge talk some of these days. ;)

Caviezal should've been considered for Superman Lives ack in the day he was an unknown then, would have been a great fit for Superman IMO

Considering that Caviezal works with Jonathan Nolan, I wouldn't be shocked to see him in a Chris Nolan movie one day.

He would have made a killer Batman.

So MOS has been pushed by WB for a bit, as the Great Gatsby got its first tv spot.

Yeah he's one of the rare people that could play both parts

Yeah me and the wifey love Person of Interest. Solid show.

Caviezel is cool. My wife actually thinks he would be a good Bond, but I tell her there is no way an American actor will ever play Bond. She doesn't get it.
