What's so bad about that month? I don't live in the US so I'm kinda lost here

The major consensus seems to be that the Awards season is ramping up so studios are concentrating on those movies, and the Christmas season holdovers are going strong.

This used to be the case with March as well prior to 300 (IIRC). Post 300 hitting it big in March, it has seen a lot of big movies. I think if a studio releases a tentpole in the 2nd or 3rd week of January (the first week is definitely box office poison) and hits it big, January can change for the better as well.

I will be sad when there is no trailer to anticipate any longer.
I will be even sadder when we've watched the film and there is nothing left to anticipate besides the sequel that will take another 2 years before it is released.

Now watch the MOS trailer. It's 2:30 minutes and we see so little of the film! Now just think how little we could actually see despite the 3 minute runtime! t:

Anyone here think we may see a few more of Supermans powers on display in this next trailer? They have shown flying and super strength, also the bit with Ma Kent helping Clark control his super hearing was freaking genius.

I am most anxious to see how Snyder depicts superspeed and heat vision. OMG heat vision! Its been confirmed, and ive been salivating ever since, although Ipersonally never had any doubts about its inclusion.

Actually it was like 1.30 of slow shots and track, then the montage at a faster pace kicks in (beginning with Superman's take off) for a full minute with the majestic track.

That new star trek trailer really put it all out there. The audience has a good handle on the beats and the stakes and all that stuff.

I wonder if that's the best route to go for WB. I mean, this is coming after Returns after all.
