Well I think it's a pretty safe assumption at this point. Not only from from the Hans Zimmer Music tweet ("tell us what you think"), but it also matches what that person who was tweeting from the recording sessions went on about with the drums.

The cinematography in this trailer is the best I've seen from a superhero movie, it's just killer awesome and beautiful. Those Krypton war scenes look amazing.

Wow so this is Zimmer's work, real testament to him that it sounds like a complete 180 from his Batman stuff, I was expecting something more sombre and melancholic like the Thin Red Line stuff he used, I thought it would have gone well with the washed out faded look the film had and the tone of the previous trailers.....but the way this trailer is shot, the tone and the music, sounds 100% a superman film, hopeful and optimistic. It's glorious.

When those drums kicked in I knew it was from Zimmer's score.

I loved his scored for Batman and this little taste is no less awesome.

I doubt it's the final version, more like an incomplete version of his work, refer to the Batman Begins third trailer to hear what an unfinished version of Molossus sounds like. Either way this version sounds great...you really shouldnt be looking for a theme or some big john williams-esque overture, because I doubt Zimmer will want to compete with that, so i don't think there will be one.
