I think the movie is gonna be great but I ain't taking Crowe's comments to heart. Or anyone else who has an invested interest.

I remember Gary Oldman saying how epic, amazing and better TDKR was compared to TDK. Some rational folk mirrored the concern displayed here: that it was an actor's job to propagate love without justification. But were characteristically told off by the others that Gary Oldman wasn't like most actors and wouldn't call it better if it wasn't. Sound familiar?

Some people actually like TDKR better than TDK though. He said it was amazing and epic (his opinion and some said it was epic and amazing) The scale was larger, and the ambition was there. Just sloppy in a lot of ways, probably because they dwindled down a 4 hour rough script. and don't get me started with that first act in TDKR (I personally give it 3.5/4 - TDK 4/4)

Yep, I agree, grain of salt with all actors until you see some legit reviews, then you can believe them. generous, well that IMHO. to each his or her own

It's like the easier stuff is to find, the more likely those of us thinking we have to delve deep into the internet to un-earth will miss it!
