Yes. To the left of LexCorp Tower and is only half the size of LT. It has no globe on top either. (See Illinois Center One on Google that is the template)

Well there is a giant black Daily Planet Globe in the lobby. t:

It's ok because it gets 3/4 destroyed anyway so they might rebuild it with a globe on top.......
