Mug was already destroyed. But they did nail a few cars. And a coffee mug

so the running time we heard from Zack Snyder was wrong?!?!
Not entirely. He could have meant "130+ minutes" minus the credits.

Well, Watchmen has the destruction of New York. TDKR has the whole bomb threat, but it doesn't really have any visual impact or destruction (I assume that is what you are asking about). As far as I can recall, the films have always been situations like TDKR where things are adverted in the nick of time but without any real damage or there is destruction on small, localized scale like in the Avengers.

The cut was so good, he couldn't even tell the time.so the running time we heard from Zack Snyder was wrong?!?!

They call it the Destroyer for a reason.Yeah, I hadn’t watched “Watchmen” so that’s news to me. But other than that, yeah, when I think about it, it’s like everything you just mentioned. So MOS might be the first Comic Book Genre/Superhero film where we get to see some large scale destructions taking place within a City (and not a town in New Mexico.lol).
so looks like Man of Steel spot 4 is at 760,741 and most likely will hit 1 million views like spot 2! doesn't mean anything in terms of box-office, but it is still pretty awesome though!
Anything to Janksta would be sexy

Congrats to you sir for successfully steering the thread back on track. Many thanksApparently, media sites got an e-mail confirming the runtime of 143 minutes.
yep! he was like oh, crap how long was that, I'll guesstimate! 130.The cut was so good, he couldn't even tell the time.![]()
and a potential second TV spot closing in on a million, Crazy!I don't think I've ever seen a TV spot get 1 million+ views on Youtube. Not even all the IM3 TV spots. Like you said, won't have anything to do with B.O. success, but it's still cool.
