I can't allow my self to watch this 13-minute featurette. Spoilerish or not. I dont wanna watch any more - let alone actual clips!

Is it good through??? Some people seems to be *****ing about it under the headline on the front page of the hype? Please tell me that this thing only makes the movie seem even more awesome, and not the other way around?

Oh, it's definitely awesome. Got me even more hyped, which I didn't think was possible.

It's really good. Again as with so much of the marketing, it shoes of some great dialogue scenes, and manages to show a lot of action very quickly, so as not to spoil much. What people could be complaining about on the homepage I have no idea.

I just looked, they're complaining about the prequel comic.

Actually it's not that bad. I have been doing my best to avoid spoilers (which I feel I been doing a good job of), all the actors and produces really talk about is how the movie was made and why they made the decisions they made for the movie.

No real spoilers, just awesome behind the scenes talk. :)

It's funny to think there was a point when we weren't happy with the marketing, they clearly knew what they were doing

if you have seen all the trailers and tv spots then there is really nothing spoilerish. a few quick shots we havent seen. some lois and perry dialouge. that was the newest to me.
it was great imo.

keeping tabs on FB likes over last couple of days .. just over 10 000 "likes" added over the last day & a bit .. by June 14th it should be well over 800 000 likes, possibly closing in on 900 000 .. not bad for a reboot

Yeah, I remember going through and counting the official images released for SR by that time, and getting really angry about how few we had :hehe:

Now we probably have loads more, not to mention how much cooler they are! :D

Added timestamps to the cast & crew interviews so you can listen to whatever interview you want.

Fast forward to the 36:10. Did he just state where the movie will begin? I think he just did! Well

Well, there goes my theory on the movies timeline.

Interesting..

How could it not open on [BLACKOUT]Krypton[/BLACKOUT]?

How could it not open on [BLACKOUT]Krypton[/BLACKOUT]?

Some believed it could open with Clark in Alaska, and the Krypton stuff be revealed in flashbacks/during his time at the fortress, which would be very reminiscient of BB.

Personally, I always felt it was better to start on Krypton, and do something that JJ Abrams managed wonderfully with Star Trek 09.

Open with a big, epic, powerful exciting action scene straight away, that ends with something tragic/touchingly emotional; and you've got your audience invested from the get go.

Agreed.

^ Yes. I hope they start on Krypton. It's more emotional that way.
THEN they can go to a more fragmented narrative :)

Especially for a Superman origin story, opening on Krypton is the way to go.

The movie does [BLACKOUT]start on Krypton [/BLACKOUT] I posted that on May 18th when I talked to someone who had seen the movie (they were legit I believe, some select Walmart people got to see the movie early).

I dont get wb not lifting the embargo until the 10th. if they are so confident in it then let the reviews fly.

WB do it for all their films which they are confident about. TDKR reviews were also released on Monday (GMT).

It's all about a controlled crescendo of hype. I was foaming at the mouth in early April when we basically had nothing but the first couple of trailers. That whole week leading up to the release will be nothing but "best comic book movie ever" type reviews.
