Now I'm worried that 3 hours might not be early enough.

If you call again, ask for management. They should be able to give you details, but who knows these days. Don't freak out too much. I'd just be extra careful considering my last experience.

I live in calgary and they have 10pm showings in all formats all over the place. Your local listings should be available online.
