I think that there is no way in heck that they would keep that weakness. lol

Come on WB... Pull the lever and release something.

Goddamn.

Can you imagine the backlash if they did this today? Lynda Carter will always be one of my ALL time crushes.

I still would love the final battle in her film being Wonder Woman leading a legion of Amazons into the fray. The imagery would be awesome.

C'mon WB... Unleash some WW info on us!

That's kind of a Gal face she's got going on there.

:funny: I don't doubt that.

I do love that Wonder Woman is riding a skateboard, I mean how can you not?

I wonder what is the likelihood we'll see WW riding a skateboard in the new movie.

How could she be struggling with that so much? Where's her super strength? It couldn't have been that hard.

Maybe they should capitalize on the S&M angle, go for that 50 Shades money. :o

With the colourless filters, it would be Zac Snyder's 50 Shades Of Grey. :o

Hold on, her weakness is getting tied up/chained by a man ? Doesn't matter the material, it's the fact that it's done by a male that weakens her ? :awesome:

Yes, but only in Golden Age. And it's not on the TV show. She breaks the chains that are holding her in that picture, she just didn't immediately because Steve and a kid were also chained and at gunpoint.

Her weakness in the TV show was losing the belt. It was the belt that kept her powers when she was outside the Island. She also was vulnerable to chloroform :p

Aren't we all?

I mean, not that I would know anything about it...

I'll just leave now.

I'd never do that to Gal. If anything, I'd give her the kiss of life to wake her up, and even if she is awake anyway. :o

.............. sure, Jan.

I can't believe I googled this, but apparently chloroform doesn't work like they show us in movies. :D Gal is safe. WW isn't, though. :D

How does it work in real life then? I think it's just a convenient storytelling device, although I don't recall it being used in films or TV shows very much today. It was definitely much more prevalent for shows during WW's time. I think the Bionic Woman and Charlie's Angels had that a few times.

But there's plenty of things in movies that aren't real. If you crash through a barrier at a checkpoint or parking lot, they're usually made of metal and would probably slice through your car or damage it. It wouldn't just be swatted aside.

This. All this.

Every single emoticon in this post, including ":wall:".

Really? From what I recall from watching "ID" and like channels when drunk in the middle of the night, having nothing better to do with myself, it does work pretty much like they show it in movies...

Could be her childhood growing up in Themyscira i guess.

Would be awesome if WW does have a tease to the Justice League.
