Yes I believe he will be Ares in human form. Then in the final fight he will have his bad ass blue armor.

Or perhaps he's the leader of the cult of ares who secretly started the world war so he could gain more power?

He does have hand behind his back. He probably knows who Wonder Woman, so maybe he is Ares.

That trailer looked amazing. I'm stoked that it appears Wonder Eoman may come out as the best DC movie to date. Not that there's much competition for that. But damn, the trailer has me geeked.

It was just alright to me, I mean I understand why many are excited by it and all but I never cared about Wonder Woman and only checked out the trailer after being reluctant to give it a fair chance.

The action looks great and that's what I liked about it the most.

I invite you to compare BvS teaser and all the other trailers. You'll see that they always do color correction up until the release of a film. Even the final trailer isn't indicative to how the film will actually look, BvS looked in the end closer to second trailer than the final one.

I LOVE back muscles on women. You don't have to be huge to get them either, speaking as a weightlifting woman who's still pretty skinny (except in the thighs, haha). It's a great look on Gal, and she definitely comes off more physically capable of actually doing the fighting. More solid than she was in BvS.

Also love that even though the Amazons aren't wearing much, they're shot less male-gazey than expected. Steve Trevor even looks Diana in the eye when he talks to her on the beach, barely glancing down even for a second. The actions scenes are more 300-esque, where the fighters' bodies are celebrated and admired instead of drooled after. Kudos to WB/DC for having a woman direct this, cause you know any male director (not named George Miller) would have male-gazed this up to the wazoo.

I just realized that this looks a lot like a duel. They're facing each other and both seem to have some weapon hidden behind their back they're drawing for.

Negativity gets old after a while...JMC only shows up in threads where he/she can piss on everyone's fun. Notice they havent been in the Suicide Squad threads since the tracking info proved his/her doom and gloom wrong

JMC's suggestion that BvS influenced the color-correction on this is hardly "negativity." That movie got a poor reception, and criticism for its "darkness." Suddenly we have footage from this that looks SIGNIFICANTLY brighter than what we saw of it before, plus JL footage comprised almost entirely of jokes. It's a natural conclusion to draw.
