View the AMAZING End Credit Sequence in HQ

The end titles of Wonder Woman see an avatar of hope and love confront one of mankind’s greatest follies: The Great War — the war to end all wars. Fires burn, sparks fly. She is a shield against the darkness, a beacon for justice, an immovable force for good in a world gone very bad. She is Diana, Princess of Themyscira, Daughter of Hippolyta — and, by the time the credits roll, the superhero known as Wonder Woman.

Produced by the team at Greenhaus GFX under the direction of filmmaker Patty Jenkins, the Wonder Woman main-on-end titles are a mythic retelling of Diana’s journey from warrior to hero. Following her from the hidden shores of Themyscira to the muddy trenches of the Western Front and beyond, the title sequence functions both as a reprise of the film that preceded it and reminder of who this unyielding fighter and future Justice Leaguer is as she takes her place among a pantheon of heroes. She is a woman out of time, a champion forged not just by battle but by her deep understanding of the world around her. Supercharged by composer Rupert Gregson-Williams’ powerful score — a highlight of the otherwise dreary DC Comics movie musicscape — the end titles become a perfect capstone to Diana’s origin story and a springboard to a larger world.

That really is a great end credit sequence, thanks!

I love how Wonder Woman embraces the high fantasy of comic books and classic cinema. I'm going to see it again for the 7th time Sunday. This movie just makes me happy.

Patty Jenkins is retweeting the most adorable stuff atm

You know, I was just scrolling through that...

I may never recover my usual bitterness and disillusionment with humanity and the universe ever again :cwink:

The end credits were sooo beautiful. Usually I dont bother staying for end credits but I did this time.

Lynda Carter will be inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year for the TV category.

Each time I see it I stay for the end credits, almost all the way to the finish!

And I would love to see Chief show up again! He was such a great character. I just wish she had responded to him in Blackfoot as well, also without subtitles. Would have made that moment a little deeper.

Bring on Napi!

Yeah, I've stayed for the end credits each time. They're gorgeous.

Wow it's been a while since I've visited this place :yay:

But I finally got around to seeing Wonder Woman and I LOVED it, it's gone straight up to my top 5 favorite Superhero Films of all time! One of the things I was afraid of going into it, was that they would overplay the 'kick-butt female warrior' stereotype'.

Look I'm a woman who loves seeing strong women in movies, I also hold a special spot for Wonder Woman in my heart because of what she represents to me...but too much these days when we see a female warrior on film they either sexualize her too much "oh hot chick in spandex, etc', or they spend too much time TELLING and not SHOWING ex: "look at me I'm a tough chick who can take down twenty men singlehandedly while wearing heels!" etc.

What I loved about this film was that they SHOWED us Diana was a bad*** warrior without trying to cram any sort of "LOOK we're making a Female Superhero Film!" down our throats. Really the subject of Diana being a woman who can fight was never really brought up in the movie, I was waiting for the proverbial "but she's a woman and look how she kicks butt!" line to drop and it never really did, other then a brief joke, (I'm both frightened and aroused" LOL) she really was treated no differently then if she were a male lead in a action film...and I loved that.

THAT'S the type of thing I want to see more of in the future with female action heroes. Stop playing up the fact that they are female, and just tell their story like you would if they were male heroes, etc.

Just my two cents.

I think that's why it has resonated with so many people. Welcome back btw.

Still can't believe that Armond White's reviews actually count towards RT.

Diana, like her introductory movie, has childlike enthusiasm but no passion.
